Physical therapy hadn't helped much, and I had very little mobility in my right shoulder. Brayton not only worked to loosen the muscles and break up the scar tissue, but taught me stretches I could do at home to promote the healing. With his help I regained full range of motion in the shoulder. I have fibromyalgia, and massage is the only thing that helps. Brayton uses multiple different techniques, and adjusts them based upon my current pain tolerances. I have had a lot of massages, and some of them have been excellent. But Brayton is far and away the best. He isn't really big on presentation. His office doesn't have fancy decorations or soft music. What he is about, is healing people.

He was abusive at my next appointment following the procedure. I was never more afraid than at that appointment. This is very serious. Stay away from this office. Go to a dentist that can do the dental procedures you may need and does not punish you for needing work that is not offered there and having it elsewhere.

The office is majorly busy and trying to get through the phone system to talk to a PERSON is on the magnitude of the parting of the Red Sea...and that is the only reason for a 4 instead of 5 on the star-scale. The Patient Portal records access and prescriptions management access has gone a long way to remediate the phone system complaint. The nurses there are great and are cheerful, helpful and supportive. The lab technicians are second to none: I have to watch them draw blood since I rarely feel anything when they draw it. Mosquitoes could learn a few tricks from these skillful people! I trust them with my life.

I asked them why my insurance is saying they are if they are not and they stated that they just haven't updated anything. This is not the first time they have told me something other than what online is saying. They must be so busy that they can't even communicate with insurance companies. How disappointing. The lady behind the desk seemed very rude and annoyed that I asked her a question to clarify why I was informed of something else. I will never try to communicate with them again. I don't that type of negativity in response to a simple question.
