He gave me a hammer toe where I didn't have one. He botched the first bunion surgery and I stupidly gave him a second chance to correct. The second time he made it worse. He shortened the tendon so much my big toe was out to the side and also pulled up where I couldn't wear a shoe. This resulted in a 3rd surgery at SOS where they removed about an inch off my left big toe due to the damage Pelletier caused. My situation is not much better. Balance is messed up and now have neuropathy. I would do a minus 5 if possible.

He witnessed my debilitating decreased mobility and emotional state from a previous surgery that took my ability to walk normal and also my confidence away. He always made me feel like I was his only patient through his compassion for me as his patient and the amount of time he spent on my case amongst many conversations with his peers discussing my case.
