Stood in line for over 60 minutes under the blazing sun -- no shade, no misting fans, not even a warning flare. Then, just as I get close to the window... "Sorry, our ice machine just broke." Ma'am. Sir. ONE ice machine? In the peak of summer? With this kind of traffic? Y'all need at least two, maybe even three.
