I've been to this location twice for a friend's birthday and was glad it wasn't too packed this time around. The service was great and the food was plentiful. I came here Dec 2nd for the Star Rail Collab. It was a terrible event. I came half an hour early but still had to stand outside for 5 hours. For some reason management only had 300 available stands but allowed 800 people to reserve a spot that they didn't even bother checking. This made a LOT of people not get what they wanted even though we specifically came to this one Pelicana spot because they offered the stands here. They're restocking a few supplies everyday for the rest of December but they really couldn't have told us that earlier or even open the business earlier because of how crazy the line was? It would have made the lines so much more efficient. I also forgot to do the Instagram thing to get the badge but that's more on me than anything else. I also recommend getting the french fries with a cheese topper on it it is unmatched.. We started with 10 pieces of Crispy Spicy Chicken Wings and 6 pieces of Crispy Spicy Fried Half Chicken. We asked to have some of them without sauce just in case we don't like the sauce. We opted for Sweet & Spicy Level 1 sauce, which I found to be a tad too sweet for my liking. Perhaps we can go with something much spicier next time. I asked for an explanation for half vs whole and didn't really get an answer so I just went with 2 half orders and one whole order.
