Pelican's is a family favorite of ours! We love stopping by on a hot day and grabbing a delicious icy treat! My kiddo likes the polar punch and cherry mix and my fav is one side guava and the other pineapple so good. They have tables outside to sit at or you can take it to go. Definitely the best little spot to enjoy shaved ice! We are always very excited to go when summer rolls around! Give it a try for sure! read more

Pelican's is a shaved ice shop that's been standing in winder for a few years now. Our last stop of the day was a sweet treat. It's ran by younger employees that are kind. It usually gets packed when the late spring hits, so get here early to avoid the line! The place is laid back and the tables are sticky, brung some Wipies to have a clean spot!! But overall pretty tasty. read more

Sno cones are delicious. Location needs updating. Signs are all faded. Not very inviting. Could so easily be a cute place and it would get more attention from the community. Bees are always there!!! Not sure how to fix that problem except cleaning more often! read more

Perfect way to end the week! I took my kids here for the first time after hearing about it from a friend a few months ago. The Winder Pelican Snoball location is located in downtown Winder. They have a small parking lot on a busy road. I didn't see if indoor seating is available but out door seating is. This is perfect if you want to bring the entire fam, fur babies included. My kids ordered the shark attack and butterfly kisses and they both love it! It was the perfect size and nothing was wasted. Great customer service! The cashier was very polite. She suggested a smaller cut and not filling the cup all the way to the top for my daughter, because she was so young and wouldn't be able to finish a kiddie size. It was the perfect and I only paid half the price. Will definitely be coming back for more. read more

I absolutely love this Pelicans. The staff are so sweet and helpful. Recently they've added more games for the playroom and a picnic table inside! I always get a pina colada and tigers blood with condensed milk, it's so good. read more

These Snoballs are amazing! & NO THEY AREN'T ANYTHING LIKE SNOW CONES! The texture of Snoballs are extra soft & smooth & it absorbs the yummy flavor you choose to add! This means all the sweetness doesn't just sink to the bottom after a few minutes like it does with a Snobs Cone! I promise... if you like snow cones then you'll love Snoballs! read more

Such a great little place! The presentation, the variety of flavors, and affordability are all spot on. They even have dye-free flavors for a mess-free experience. Staff is super nice, always willing to let you sample flavors before you commit as well. I definitely recommend coming here! read more

This is located in a town in Georgia, in Winder. This is located super close to the downtown area. During my short visit, we came here twice. While visiting my kids during 4th of July weekend, we found this gem. I love all the options and the tasty additions. The favorite with my family was shark attack and pickle with sour spray. The service was always friendly and super quick. This is now my kids favorite spot in their city. Great treat any time if the year. read more

This past weekend my sister and I tried Pelican's Snowballs. It's very clean and covid friendly. The staff excelled in customer service. I am allergic to red food dye number 40 and after speaking with one the employees she assisted me by showing me that they have dye free choices. She even went above and beyond and showed me the bottle of the flavor I choose to confirm it was free of dye. Can't wait to visit this place again!! THIS PLASE IS SOOOOO GOOD! i've always absolutely loved this place! there snow cones are like no others- the ice is grinded up into what feels like snow instead of being bigger chunks. all of the flavors are amazing! one thing you need to know is that they are not open during winter. i don't think they're open during spring (or fall, im not sure which one), but don't quote me on that. I definitely recommend it! read more

I love coming here way more than I should. They have over 100 flavors and have really cute kids options like ones with "fairy dust". I just wish they were open a little later but worth the 20 minute drive it takes us to get over there. The ice is true Snoball ice. Nice and fluffy. read more
