We…read moreabsolutely love it, and the pup loves the dog park, walking/biking trails, and the open spaces surrounding us where she can run and catch frisbees. (The dog wash, not so much.) The people in the front office are so warm and welcoming and do everything possible to make living here comfortable and convenient. They sponsor all sorts of activities for the residents - movies in the theater, book club in the library, all sorts of board and card games in the game area, and outside we enjoy the pool, hot tub, fire pit, garden area and lots of outdoor games. Our favorite thing here is happy hour in the pub, where we get to know our neighbors. I haven't tried out the well-equipped gym yet, but I plan to very soon. Really. As with all new buildings there is bound to be a glitch or two. We had a problem with our air conditioning, and management took care of it almost immediately. One of the best things about living here is that cable tv, Internet, and utilities are all included in the rent payment, which is so convenient! We made a good choice moving here. And the shopping center right next door has everything we could want! Upon move-in the apartment was immaculate. I'm usually the type to clean even if it looks clean, but I truly didn't need to, it was spotless. The dark wood features & modern appliances are gorgeous as well. The tall ceilings and wide open space is perfect for our growing family & I'm personally in love with the walk-in closets & storage space throughout the home. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed (lightbulb & disposal) but maintenance was quick to respond. The community center is comparable to most smaller resorts! We're looking forward to spending quality family time there this summer. We are so very happy to call this our new home for the next 15 months. BTW, I read some negative reviews about the parking before we moved, but so far we haven't had an issue at all. I love the sense of community here as well. Brittney and Tatiana and the rest of the staff are so helpful, professional and eager to resolve concerns, if they arise. We love the amenities, the maintenance crew and wouldn't think of moving. DON'T MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX! My unit was renovated just before I moved in. Many outlets don't…read morework, the bathtub was painted to make it look new, that paint started peeling in less than a month and things just fall apart very quickly in this apartment. All 8 washer units have been broken for the past month and there is one laundry facility in Windsor which is PACKED due to our entire complex not having access to washers or being communicated with in regards to when they will be fixed or replaced. The complex lost our contract and we had to sign 2 initially because the originally unit we were supposed to move into was 10% renovated, missing baseboards, a bathroom sink, shower head was missing, etc. They couldn't show us the unit so we took it sight unseen until I walked in and realized the unit was 10% done with renovation and wouldn't be ready for another month. So the complex had to find an apt that was complete which they didn't have so they did some repairs on an almost fully renovated unit after we moved in. The lights outside didn't work for several months and our neighbors had their vehicle broken into likely cuz it was so dark in the parking lot. If you don't believe this review, please swing by Alpine Loft/Chestnut Square and walk into the laundry room. All amenities are broken, pool and hot tub renovations don't exist and there is SO much dog poo wherever you walk. I won't be staying...this place is the worst!

I haven't had a single issue with air conditioning or appliances, and the property is always clean, well-maintained, and cared for. The staff is hands-down the most professional I've ever experienced--from the front office to maintenance. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care about the residents, not just the property. This truly feels like home. The neighbors are respectful and welcoming, the community feels safe, and there's such a peaceful, positive vibe here. The outdoor nature center is huge and beautiful, the 24/7 fitness center is a total game-changer, and the free coffee bar is such a nice bonus. I've never had an issue with parking, I always feel secure, and the interior of my apartment feels way nicer than anywhere I've lived before. Best part?
