Maintenance was over to fix it, but was unable to fix. The heater was malfunctioning, turning off in middle of the night. No handicap stuff including toilet and showerhead holder, no bathroom ventilation and few plugs. There is no window in back bedroom, Carbon monoxide detector ringing continuously on weekend and apartment complex had no emergency number so we had to call fire dept to shut it off. and it seemed it took a month for apart. To install a new one. Additionally Water pressure was unreliable(low pressure/ too high pressure, water temperature fluctuated.

She shoved my lease into my hands, and as I looked over the policies, she was impatient when I asked basic questions She seethed over things like "how long does the dog park stay open?" And "If I go to any events, am I going to be filmed for social media?" She snapped at me, giving curt, minimal responses. I also caught her looking at me up and down, glaring at me as though I had done something to personally slight her. She then said "If you have any pressing concerns about neighbors, parking, pool hours, and pet rent- Don't come to me about anything. I'm not helping you." And then didn't give me the appropriate contacts to reach out to for any of those things. I seriously can not believe that she spoke me that way.

You only get one parking spot per unit--so if you're moving in with a partner or roommates, good luck. We were originally told we could park on the street (which is always full) or in front of the office during non-work hours. Well, apparently that's changed now. There's no parking on the street because it's constantly full, you can't park at the transit center or you'll get towed, and now the Granary is threatening to tow residents who park in front of the office outside of office hours. So basically, there's nowhere to park, even though we're paying to live here. They also hired "security," but apparently all they know how to do is tag cars instead of keeping residents safe. The security is supposed to be patrolling from 10 PM to 5 AM, seven days a week--but whenever they're actually seen, they're either sitting in their car on their phone or sleeping. Meanwhile, we've had trespassers, people harassing residents, and garages getting broken into. Nothing ever gets resolved, and management completely ignores our concerns. If I were a single woman living here, I would not feel safe. This place is ridiculously overpriced for how cheaply built and poorly managed it is. We were even promised the pool would be open year-round, but that never happened either. Overall: save yourself the stress, money, and frustration--look elsewhere.

I've lived at Lake Vista for five years always paid on time. The grace period usually 3 to 5 days…read morenever had a late fee. Aggressive tactics never consistent living demand for rent when the rent is paid. New management CenterSpace beware they don't care about families and grace period. Greystar was a great place .Not real looks nice from the outside but after they will make you look bad for your future living if you chose to get out. Greystar was great at screening tenants now it's about getting you in and out. Pool amenities over rated feels like a public pool.
