Ethernet in every room, stackable washer and dryer in every apartment, beautiful hardwood floors, and 12' ceilings are enough to make anyone happy with their living space. Water pressure is good, and the in-line water heater makes showering a beautiful experience. Another thing to note is the fact that I have been here three months and have never been able to hear my neighbors. These apartments are quiet. There is a pool, a full gym, a large lounge that can be rented for birthdays or special events, outdoor grilling in the courtyard and a fire pit with comfortable seating makes this place feel like a resort. I could go on, this place continues to amaze me. But I think the very best feature about Alpine Flats is the people. They hire the best people. Beth and Mya really make these apartments feel like a community. They should call these "togetherments"! J.R. is a maintenance guru whose competence is unmatched. Original and new managers are first rate and quickly fixed leak in shower and put in grab bar in shower. All electric, but bills so far under 60 per month. No reports of (1) any break ins/ car damage/ theft as experience weekly per previous apartments. And, those were gated indoor parking, (2) mail and packages are always there, not missing as experienced in previous rentals. Super location for us... short walk to all kinds of shops, restaurants, pizza, bars, clinics including regional Kaiser. A four minute walk is Best breakfast place in ten miles or more. Exercise room, Pools, hot tub, kids play area and well appointed dog exercise area are well sized and kept clean. Like everywhere, some do not clean up after dogs. Some real great views of lakes and mountains. I really appreciate every once and a while access to downtown denver... nonstop 55 minute Bustang to Denver train station and back nearly every hour weekdays is a mile away, parking a four minute drive. At $13 round-trip, it beats gas and parking for baseball, LODO or central business district. Easy walk to Theatre District, safe and easy bus to Botanic Gardens. Not much schedule for evening or weekends. Want to be out of there for former.

Do not live here. The management is absolutely terrible…read more First off, the parking situation is horrendous. You only get one parking spot per unit--so if you're moving in with a partner or roommates, good luck. We were originally told we could park on the street (which is always full) or in front of the office during non-work hours. Well, apparently that's changed now. There's no parking on the street because it's constantly full, you can't park at the transit center or you'll get towed, and now the Granary is threatening to tow residents who park in front of the office outside of office hours. So basically, there's nowhere to park, even though we're paying to live here. They also hired "security," but apparently all they know how to do is tag cars instead of keeping residents safe. The security is supposed to be patrolling from 10 PM to 5 AM, seven days a week--but whenever they're actually seen, they're either sitting in their car on their phone or sleeping. Meanwhile, we've had trespassers, people harassing residents, and garages getting broken into. Nothing ever gets resolved, and management completely ignores our concerns. If I were a single woman living here, I would not feel safe. This place is ridiculously overpriced for how cheaply built and poorly managed it is. We were even promised the pool would be open year-round, but that never happened either. Overall: save yourself the stress, money, and frustration--look elsewhere.
