While the work itself was acceptable, the behavior of one of the young men on the job site was absolutely unacceptable. I believe his name was Michael (no one properly introduced themselves, which already felt unprofessional). At one point, I personally observed him vaping on the job site. I did not feel comfortable confronting him directly, as I was alone in my home, but I was extremely disturbed. This is a workplace -- not a lounge. Additionally, the language used by him and one of the other boys was completely inappropriate. There was frequent cursing and slang that I would not expect from professionals representing a company inside a client's home. It made the entire environment feel uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful. When you hire a company, you expect a certain level of professionalism and decorum. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because clients should not have to feel uneasy in their own homes. Very disappointed.

Called Florida Breeze and they came and fixed it. It was into the Florida cooler season, so we didn't use the air-conditioning as much from October thru March. Started using it again in April thru August and it stopped working several times. DR Horton again referred us to Florida Breeze. Florida Breeze would come out get it working and then the system would stop. They had to do it several times over this period. Now it is September 2026 and we are almost out of the one year warranty period and the system stopped working. We had multiple techs out almost weekly (it is only September 18, 2026 when I am making this review) trying to get the system to work. The last tech was out on 9/17/2026 changed the compressor, checked the whole system out and here we are on 9/18/2026 and the system doesn't work again. I truly am starting to believe they were just trying to get the system operational until the one year warranty ended. Then the bad system they installed would be our problem. It is a Goodman system. We called Goodman and they were about as useful as Florida Breeze. I do not recommend this company to anyone. So sad.
