I had them come out for water leaking on my floor on 7/25/24. They said my drain was stopped up and supposedly cleaned it out. They charged me $160 at that time. By 9/8/24, the problem re-occurred. Once again it was the drain stoppage. They charged me $245.00 for the service call even though I'm under contract. They are out for nothing but the money and don't care if your problem is resolved or not. Once again, they said it was the drain problem. I give them a 1*. read more

I called Florida Breeze as we have paid for a home warranty with them. It was a Saturday so they said the guy on call was out at a job but would definitely call me. no problem. Monday morning comes.. no call until 8:13am. They ask me if I still need service... I tell them well nobody ever called me. Then they tell me that in the notes it says the tech called me and fixed it over the phone. When I tell them that never happened, no apology, just so do you still need service? What kind of company actually doesn't return a call with a paid warranty customer and then puts in writing a lie? I don't think I would trust them now if they actually came and serviced my ac as they clearly try to cover up lack of customer service and doesn't care. 0 for integrity. read more

All were informative. They made sure the cat didn't get out. They explained all the details about the new unit. And the Parts and Labor Warranty is a no brainer. I can't believe anyone would give this company even one star. I guess you have to to write a review. This company did the AC install for all the new homes in my new neighborhood. The workers are real dopes. They have no education on what they are supposed to do. They moved my neighbors AC without permits. They said they had HOA approval, now that's funny. They moved it in the wrong spot, they didn't follow regulations. I had to tell them to get a permit, and move it to the correct spot, according to the regulations of the county. The workers were so un-professional. They were calling me names and were downright nasty to me. In the end they were forced to do the job properly. I'm sure it cost my neighbor a bundle, because of their incompetence. I was very nice to them. There was no reason for the disrespect they gave me. They were literally putting my neighbors condenser 8 feet from my patio. Nothing like sitting next to a loud hot condenser. That is against the law!!! Like I said, they did all the AC installs in the neighborhood. My home inspector looked at my AC condenser on the cement pad, right away he noticed it was NOT level. It was way off. That had to be corrected. It could have ruined the condenser within 2-5 yrs. This company is horrible. I don't know how they stay in business. If you have a choice who you hire, there are very good and reputable companies out there. By the way, I call them Bahama Breeze. Florida Breeze is terrible. My air conditioner stop working on August 13th 2024 and I called Florida Breeze. Well there was a part that stop working and I was told by the technician that it would take 160 days to get the part in because it was on back order. The next day I called Florida Breeze to see if they could get the part from another supplier or manufacturer. I was told by the guy working there to call the air conditioner company myself and ask them to expedite the part for me. I never heard of the consumer contacting the company for a part for their own air conditioner. Florida Breeze would not help me and I was on my own to locate the part myself. When I called them several times for some solution to this problem they would not call me back and I told them the temperature in my house reached 90 degrees. I called another air conditioning company that immediately contact my air conditioner manufacturer and they got me another part that could replace the back ordered part. All this took about a week in a 90 degree house. Florida Breeze is unprofessional and simply does not care about their customers. I am a senior with health concerns and I left messages on the phone letting them know this and they did not return one call. Also I had to pay $120.00 service fee and nothing was done just to tell me the part is no longing working and it is on back order take a number. Shame on Florida Breeze. read more

Called and spoke with a MyKayla (sp) and was told that I never made an appointment even though I had spoken with her directly after the first no show. She was not very nice. Just had my 10yr+ Goodman AC unit (inside and out) replaced. Ned, the salesman, was courteous and professional and offered me the right equipment which fit perfect for my needs and budget. The technicians, John and David, were prompt, neat, and completed the job in a timely manner. They did a nicer job than what was there before. So far so good, my condo is cold! We have lived in our home for 2 years where Florida Breeze handled the installation of the HVAC system. This past May, we lost all cooling in the house. We called them out to service and repair, which was initially thought as a leak in the evaporator coil and accumulator. While our units were warrantied, we were charged $1100 for labor. Well, after a 9(!!) hour day of work from their technician not completely knowing the problem and losing cooling within the very next day, additional visits from two more techs "correctly" diagnosed the problem as a leak in the underground chase line. I was told by their service manager that it would be an additional $2300 for repairs, after a 10 percent discount for the inconvenience, which feels like a disrespectful slap to the face. I am completely unsatisfied and beside myself that they are not more accountable. After almost two months of no AC in the summer, we are now with another company who are treating us with more respect and supplying fair quotes. After hearing their tech's horror stories from other former clients of Florida Breeze and talking with friends who used Florida Breeze in the past, I am no longer surprised what kind of business they are. read more

We had a maintenance service call today, scheduled from between 8 and 9. Cory, from Fl Breeze called around 8:30 and said he'd be 15 minutes away. Cory got here and spent approx. 40 minutes looking and testing the inside and outside units. He did a thorough professional job. They quoted me $500 labor and charged me $800 plus $140 initial service call to diagnose the repair. This was for a warranty repair for a 3 ton Goodman they installed new just 4 years ago. I think $260/hr is excessive this side of a brain surgeon. Also the quote did not match the estimate. The work was good and did fix the issue. read more

I have recently bought a new home back in January of 2021 with a full year warranty on everything. They are the ones that installed the A/C system. This afternoon May 9th my a/c went out I called them and was told that there was nothing they could for me and family till tomorrow if I didn't want to pay the outrageous $200 service fee for them to come out today cause they only do warranty work Monday - Friday 8-5. Their techs are rude and hang up on you and when you try to call back they reject your call. Yes I am making the builder aware of the customer service that the company they are using is giving to their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone read more

No only was the salesman professional but extremely knowledgable and listened to our needs/concerns without trying to sell us something we didn't need. The unit was in 2 days later. The agent who came to evaluate my home needs was very thorough and professional in his inspection of the units and my home. This company has the worse mechanics I've ever seen. Instead of helping you out and fixing a problem that is currently covered under the systems warranty they would just patch it up until warranty is expired and than tell you your system was builder grade garbage and that you need a new system. This happened to me I went to another contractor and he repaired it and saved me 3,000 dollars.
