Great company. I heeded to replace my 11 year old HVAC system. They were able to replace it the next day. Their workmanship was stellar. Their entire team is progressional, respectful and knowledgeable. The county building inspector told me that he has never seen any issues with this company. The cost was less than what I thought it would cost. So, they offer a great value. They are now my a/c people for life. read more

Purchased a home from DR Horton in September 2025. We weren't in the house a month and the air conditioning went out. Called DR Horton and they said we had to call Florida Breeze. Called Florida Breeze and they came and fixed it. It was into the Florida cooler season, so we didn't use the air-conditioning as much from October thru March. Started using it again in April thru August and it stopped working several times. DR Horton again referred us to Florida Breeze. Florida Breeze would come out get it working and then the system would stop. They had to do it several times over this period. Now it is September 2026 and we are almost out of the one year warranty period and the system stopped working. We had multiple techs out almost weekly (it is only September 18, 2026 when I am making this review) trying to get the system to work. The last tech was out on 9/17/2026 changed the compressor, checked the whole system out and here we are on 9/18/2026 and the system doesn't work again. I truly am starting to believe they were just trying to get the system operational until the one year warranty ended. Then the bad system they installed would be our problem. It is a Goodman system. We called Goodman and they were about as useful as Florida Breeze. I do not recommend this company to anyone. So sad. read more

Ac shut off over night.. I called Fl Breezr and they had 2 techs out to the house before 9am. dried out the units, adjusted the drain pipe. Checked all the levels and had it all fixed by 9:30!! These guys roc!! read more

I had them come out for water leaking on my floor on 7/25/24. They said my drain was stopped up and supposedly cleaned it out. They charged me $160 at that time. By 9/8/24, the problem re-occurred. Once again it was the drain stoppage. They charged me $245.00 for the service call even though I'm under contract. They are out for nothing but the money and don't care if your problem is resolved or not. Once again, they said it was the drain problem. I give them a 1*. read more

Gary never got back to me and I never got a new fan as promised and now my warranty is expired. They do not keep their word.

We had a short circuit in the AC unit which always tripped the breaker. Jason from Florida Breeze came out to troubleshoot and quickly found out it was a defective heater shorting. He diagnosed this very quickly and found what others had missed. In a very short time, we had a working Goodman AC blowing cold air again. Kudos to Jason for his expertise, Mark Lucas in Palm Bay read more

I called Florida Breeze as we have paid for a home warranty with them. It was a Saturday so they said the guy on call was out at a job but would definitely call me. no problem. Monday morning comes.. no call until 8:13am. They ask me if I still need service... I tell them well nobody ever called me. Then they tell me that in the notes it says the tech called me and fixed it over the phone. When I tell them that never happened, no apology, just so do you still need service? What kind of company actually doesn't return a call with a paid warranty customer and then puts in writing a lie? I don't think I would trust them now if they actually came and serviced my ac as they clearly try to cover up lack of customer service and doesn't care. 0 for integrity. read more

I had three amazing Techs from Florida Breeze come out to replace my entire AC Unit. They were on time (actually early), they were so polite. They worked together seamlessly & fast. All were informative. They made sure the cat didn't get out. They explained all the details about the new unit. And the Parts and Labor Warranty is a no brainer. Not one other company offered 10 years on LABOR, for a few extra bucks. And it's transferable. Another option I was not given by competitors. And the same great service came from their office, the Sales Rep, etc. If you need any work done, you would be a fool not to call Florida Breeze first!!!!!!!!!! Thank you read more

We have had several ac units installed by this company. I am always happy with the sales rep, Shawn, that contacts me. I feel confident he knows his job and is providing with a fair price. The installers they send out (Cowboy is main guy) always seems to truly enjoy his work, always friendly and upbeat and seems to be educating his partner on how to do the job right throughout the process, he is definitely an asset to the company! Would highly recommend. read more

I can't believe anyone would give this company even one star. I guess you have to to write a review. This company did the AC install for all the new homes in my new neighborhood. The workers are real dopes. They have no education on what they are supposed to do. They moved my neighbors AC without permits. They said they had HOA approval, now that's funny. They moved it in the wrong spot, they didn't follow regulations. I had to tell them to get a permit, and move it to the correct spot, according to the regulations of the county. The workers were so un-professional. They were calling me names and were downright nasty to me. In the end they were forced to do the job properly. I'm sure it cost my neighbor a bundle, because of their incompetence. I was very nice to them. There was no reason for the disrespect they gave me. They were literally putting my neighbors condenser 8 feet from my patio. Nothing like sitting next to a loud hot condenser. That is against the law!!! Like I said, they did all the AC installs in the neighborhood. My home inspector looked at my AC condenser on the cement pad, right away he noticed it was NOT level. It was way off. That had to be corrected. It could have ruined the condenser within 2-5 yrs. This company is horrible. I don't know how they stay in business. If you have a choice who you hire, there are very good and reputable companies out there. By the way, I call them Bahama Breeze. Don't know why, maybe because they all seem to be drunk on stupid. read more

Just had total AC replaced. Sean( the salesman) was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Presented a number of options and suggestions that made him stand out from other salesmen. Dan and Landon arrived on time, completed the installation of the new inside and outside units and cleaned up all of the old pieces. Sam ( the supervisor) came by to verify that all was done to our satisfaction. Hats off to a very professional group !! Bev and John read more

Just had my 10yr+ Goodman AC unit (inside and out) replaced. Ned, the salesman, was courteous and professional and offered me the right equipment which fit perfect for my needs and budget. The technicians, John and David, were prompt, neat, and completed the job in a timely manner. They did a nicer job than what was there before. So far so good, my condo is cold! I can't wait to see how less my electric bill will be. :-) I met with 3 other vendors and none of them made me feel I was dumb or too cheep for their services. It was a process to find the right company. read more

Not once, but twice I scheduled maintenance with these folks and twice they didn't show. Called and spoke with a MyKayla (sp) and was told that I never made an appointment even though I had spoken with her directly after the first no show. She was not very nice. Florida Breeze is terrible. My air conditioner stop working on August 13th 2024 and I called Florida Breeze. Well there was a part that stop working and I was told by the technician that it would take 160 days to get the part in because it was on back order. The next day I called Florida Breeze to see if they could get the part from another supplier or manufacturer. I was told by the guy working there to call the air conditioner company myself and ask them to expedite the part for me. I never heard of the consumer contacting the company for a part for their own air conditioner. Florida Breeze would not help me and I was on my own to locate the part myself. When I called them several times for some solution to this problem they would not call me back and I told them the temperature in my house reached 90 degrees. I called another air conditioning company that immediately contact my air conditioner manufacturer and they got me another part that could replace the back ordered part. All this took about a week in a 90 degree house. Florida Breeze is unprofessional and simply does not care about their customers. I am a senior with health concerns and I left messages on the phone letting them know this and they did not return one call. Also I had to pay $120.00 service fee and nothing was done just to tell me the part is no longing working and it is on back order take a number. Shame on Florida Breeze. read more

The outstanding customer service started with Shawn, the salesman. We has a lot of questions as a new system is an investment. Shawn took the time and patients to thoroughly answer each one. Install was completed by Cowboy and Mark. Let me just say in the world we live in it is unusual to have 2 installers that were conscious and respectful of our home and very personable and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything exactly as they had found it.Their workmanship and the quality of our AC install was remarkable.Wonderful attention to detail. We highly recommend using Florida Breeze. I hope the owners realize what a fantastic team they employ. read more

We have lived in our home for 2 years where Florida Breeze handled the installation of the HVAC system. This past May, we lost all cooling in the house. We called them out to service and repair, which was initially thought as a leak in the evaporator coil and accumulator. While our units were warrantied, we were charged $1100 for labor. Well, after a 9(!!) hour day of work from their technician not completely knowing the problem and losing cooling within the very next day, additional visits from two more techs "correctly" diagnosed the problem as a leak in the underground chase line. I was told by their service manager that it would be an additional $2300 for repairs, after a 10 percent discount for the inconvenience, which feels like a disrespectful slap to the face. I am completely unsatisfied and beside myself that they are not more accountable. After almost two months of no AC in the summer, we are now with another company who are treating us with more respect and supplying fair quotes. After hearing their tech's horror stories from other former clients of Florida Breeze and talking with friends who used Florida Breeze in the past, I am no longer surprised what kind of business they are. read more

We had a maintenance service call today, scheduled from between 8 and 9. Cory, from Fl Breeze called around 8:30 and said he'd be 15 minutes away. Cory got here and spent approx. 40 minutes looking and testing the inside and outside units. He did a thorough professional job. He related his findings and related things to do relative to my maintenance of the unit. Couldn't be happier with this company! read more

They quoted me $500 labor and charged me $800 plus $140 initial service call to diagnose the repair. This was for a warranty repair for a 3 ton Goodman they installed new just 4 years ago. I think $260/hr is excessive this side of a brain surgeon. Also the quote did not match the estimate. The work was good and did fix the issue. read more

Installed incorrectly from the beginning. Numerous...Even Goodman Representative and it was verified never installed correctly.

I have recently bought a new home back in January of 2021 with a full year warranty on everything. They are the ones that installed the A/C system. This afternoon May 9th my a/c went out I called them and was told that there was nothing they could for me and family till tomorrow if I didn't want to pay the outrageous $200 service fee for them to come out today cause they only do warranty work Monday - Friday 8-5. Their techs are rude and hang up on you and when you try to call back they reject your call. Yes I am making the builder aware of the customer service that the company they are using is giving to their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone read more

You can depend on Florida Breeze to be fair and honest with all the work they provide. When our A/C went out, I contacted Florida Breeze, and they sent technicians out immediately! They were wonderful. Very efficient and helpful. I have used Florida Breeze several times and very happy with them. Their Techs really are knowledgeable. Yesterday I had a problem, called them and they scheduled a tech to come the same day. Also I liked his personality and he was very courteous. Very professional company and staff. read more

I couldn't be any happier with this company! We acquired several other estimates before choosing a company to replace our unit. No only was the salesman professional but extremely knowledgable and listened to our needs/concerns without trying to sell us something we didn't need. The unit was in 2 days later. The installers were professional, enthusiastic, engaging and quite entertaining (Robbie has a nice singing voice) as they meticulously installed our new unit. I haven't had much luck with contractors for our new foreclosure purchase but I can wholeheartedly say this company is the best! read more

Florida Breeze came out to replace two air conditioning units in my house today. What great service I have received. My experience has been excellent from the first interaction. The agent who came to evaluate my home needs was very thorough and professional in his inspection of the units and my home. The installation crew arrived at my house promptly, were professional and did not leave a trace of their work behind. Also the price was excellent; another AC company wanted to charge me significantly more to do the same job with a lesser AC unit than Florida Breeze supplied. read more

This company has the worse mechanics I've ever seen. Instead of helping you out and fixing a problem that is currently covered under the systems warranty they would just patch it up until warranty is expired and than tell you your system was builder grade garbage and that you need a new system. This happened to me I went to another contractor and he repaired it and saved me 3,000 dollars. If I had him from the beginning it would have all been fixed under warranty but sadly I didn't and got shafted by Florida Breeze . read more

I would not give even one star. Anyone using this business needs to get a second opinion, We never chose them they came with the house. had problems for 10mos, they could never find the problem just kept putting coolant in. at the end a worker came in and blew a large amount of pressure in the line which destroyed a filter which no one from this company knew was there. they wanted to charge $1500 for a so called leak under the house. I got a wonderful company who diagnosed and fixed, the filter was a problem and didn't have a leak under house, beware read more
