It does have a somewhat old school ambience, but sadly, the service and the food was terrible. I ordered Hon Sue Gai, my wife ordered Pepper Steak. The service was really bad. It was a long wait for our food (at least 25 minutes) and when it came she brought only mine. She said she would be "right back" with my wife's dish. Well, that turned out to be 6-7 minutes. The chicken wings on her plate were not only unappetizing, they were scary. They had some weird protrusions on them which looked like some kind of fingernails. I've attached a picture. My wife took a few sample bites, but that was it, her dish was virtually untouched. I ate the chicken (which was OK) and some of the rice, but none of the vegetables. Even the payment was a disaster. The waitress took the card saying she'd "be right back" Well again, we sat waiting. At least there was bit of entertainment as we waited. A very upset lady came in and very loudly bellowed "Don't you pick up your phone? I've been calling since 11:30 and nobody picked up! this was around 2:00 o:clock. Finally after what was probably 10 minutes my wife went up to the front desk. The waitress told her there was a backup because they had to run three transactions in a row. Our order was ready in 15 minutes and everything was flavorful and fresh tasting. Eh... What Was not impressed by the food. I ordered the veggie delight, curry chicken, Singapore rice noodle and scallion pancakes. The pancakes were not good. It was not flaky and was very dry. The curry chicken was okay. The veggie delight was also okay. The Singapore noodles had a lot of meat in it... Overall the food is eh, but the portions are big! Environment This is a stand alone building and there are plenty of seats available. Seems like there is buffet at some point but not now hence the seating style. Now, I wasn't with them when they were at the restaurant or writing the reviews, but come on people. My entire experience was great. Four solid stars. Food was cold, waiter was rude and sweating into our food (not even lying, absolutely dripping into our soup.) My party of two walked in for the buffet, although it wasn't open and it felt uncomfortable we still decided to give it try. Sat down with zero menus, and finally a server arrived at our table for him to stand there and wait for us while we were deciding what to eat. Uncomfortable and awkward, finally we ordered. As we are waiting we go to the bathroom, we didn't notice until we looked in the bathroom that it was disgustingly despicable. Toilet paper on the floor, smelled like it hasn't been washed in months, I could personally not even use the bathroom. The toilet seats were crusty and wet, I got out of there for my friend to say the same as I. As we looked around while heading to our seats, we noticed how grimy and dusty it was. Stuff falling off the ceiling, walls had some sort of strange liquid on it the didn't smell like water, finally after a hour our food arrives. We are annoyed so begin hoping for the best of the food, when ten food sits on our table we immediately notice that something about the food just isn't quite right. Soup was cold and moist, the egg rolls were so greasy they were dripping. As soon as the waiter came back (twenty minutes later.) we asked for the check, and got out of there. Nervous that we would get sick from the food, in the long run wouldn't recommend. Hopefully the FDA comes and checks this restaurant out soon. read more

This is the second time that we have been to this restaurant and have been greatly disappointed both times. There was a fair going on in the area when we go eat here. Most of the restaurants are packed and we end up here. And the food is just not good and the service is mediocre and the restaurant is generally not clean. We ordered a Pupu platter to share and it didn't even have all of the items that were included on the menu. I had to ask for crab Rangoon and she brought out just what looked like and tasted like something that just came out of the freezer. And it may well have I guess not everyone makes them. Well worth a visit.We will be back My wife and I do a lot of shopping near this restaurant and always notice a lot of cars in the parking lot. Tonight we were in the mood for Chinese food and decided to give it a try. At this time, they are not serving sushi, and after trying other items, we were happy they didn't, as we would have tried it.. I saw Pho on the menu and we decided to try it.We also had a few appetizers and some fried rice. When our meal came, the Pho was in 2 bowls, so we each got a bowl of it and i gotta say, it would have fed a family of four. The chicken fried rice was some of the best rice, I/we have ever had..The appetizers were all good too. We left there with enough Pho and rice for at least another meal. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I stopped for takeout yesterday and ordered the drunken chicken noodles. The description is "soft flat rice noodles sautéed with chili garlic sauce, red and green peppers. Onions, broccoli, carrots and basil leaves". A dish that I have had before at other Chinese restaurants and loved. This was anything but that. No sauce, none. No basil, a handful of random vegetables and the noodles were all stuck together in a glob. I tried putting soy sauce on it to make it edible but to no avail. Once food was delivered to our table the waitress never came back once to see how it was, if we needed drinks, etc. Which I wasnt surprised about because i read reviews saying the same thing. The two stars are only for the food! The food was exceptional!!!! Fresh and tasty! The service however was some of the worst I've ever had. Not that the servers were mean or hateful, but that we literally had no service except when the lady dropped off the check. Even had to walk up to the waitress counter and refill my water. They saw me do it, but no one said anything. Definitely needs new management!!! We had a reservation for 5 people at 7pm Sunday evening. I had never eaten at this restaurant before and was looking forward to trying it as it came with excellent reviews. We arrived 5 minutes early and were seated after about 10 minutes.... At 7:30p we were still sitting at the table with no water, drinks, and no waitress... I inquired at the front desk as other customers had come and were seated with their drink orders taken.
