We ordered two iced teas which were great (not too sugary) very refreshing. And two orders of their chicken wings with rice. Their wings were a 10/10. Perfectly cut and crispy! The rice was great as well, was not too oily and the portion was reasonable for the price. I will for sure be back and one day hope to sit in.

Their pork fried rice has a decent, though not amazing, amount of actual pork in it. (I like the big chunks their rice contains.) The sauces aren't too gooey - just the right amount. They told me thirty five minutes and it was delivered in less than twenty five, hot, fresh and delicious, with lots of sesame seeds and not too salty. The rice was tasty and firm, not mushy and the broccoli was cooked fully without being burned. It included a choice of egg roll, shrimp roll or spring roll. I chose the standard egg roll, which was hot, not greasy, crispy and tasty, The person taking the order was helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the orange soda which must have been in a box and not in a refrigerator at all. I generally don't drink soda , but I felt like it that day. I settled for cold water and put the soda in the fridge. Less than $16.00, including tax for the entire meal, quick service and friendly attention, was bargain. I'll order from there again.

New Golden Wok is the kind of place that I feel is perfect for a student like me because of its budget friendly and reasonable portion sizes. There is a very wide variety of menu items, and I have been pleased with all of them so far. My typical order would be something from the lunch special with a side of the egg drop soup. I have made better egg drop soup, but when you're in a time pinch, it'll do. The services were friendly and nothing out of the ordinary. The cashier is quick and kind of makes any recommendations as the large menu can be overwhelming. The eating space is rather small. There are some customers using the tables to wait or eat, but during the typical lunch hour, I would not count on being able to eat inside. There are plenty of outdoor seats across the street anyways. The place appears clean and well kept.
