It depends on who is managing the restaurant because the owner herself and her husband are amazing cooks!! Since they are older they have hired help which is when the food is a bit different still tasty but I much prefer the owner's cooking. She is extremely nice and serves the food in a good amount of time. I would sit down and eat with my sister while staring at the posters they have around, although small area it is kept quiet for a peaceful meal. The pork fried rice is usually salty and yesterday when I ordered a large order the pork fried rice was spoiled because the owner said she was giving me white rice on the side to mixed with the pork fried rice. Couldn't understand why but when I dish some on my plate and began eating it it had a foul taste and smell I threw it away it was consumed in my system to have me get diarrhea . Every time I tried to patronize this restaurant about their fried rices about being salty the owner argues. So people need to know that she is very argumentative and when you asked for your money back she refuses or the take the food back and don't throw it away. This review is for take out only. We have been eating take out from this restaurant for over a decade. This a literally a mom and pop restaurant. I like supporting local businesses. They are very nice people. If you know anything about the church in front of the restaurant, the owners eat food from this restaurant. If it is good enough for them, it is good enough for me. If you guys never learn anything from this pandemic, you will never learn. Buy local and stay local. Support local businesses so that our economy can thrive... so the resources stay in our neighborhood. The wife makes the lemonade from scratch. Give it a try. Real lemon and sugar... the old fashion way. Not a lot of people know that. They do have the best chicken wings. He cooks and she delivers and helps around. Some Chinese restaurants use a lot of MSG in their food that I ended up drinking a lot of water or get a headache because I am sensitive. I never have had that kind of experience with this restaurant. They had a fire several years ago. They rebuild the front of the restaurant. This is not the type of restaurant that you take your dates to. It is a take out restaurant with a few booths to sit if you want to chow down your food. No table service.
