They removed the plates as necessary and checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything. The waiter informed us there was gratuity added on our bill because of the size of our group. Most restaurants wouldn't inform the customers about that and a lot of people would add an additional tip by mistake without thinking about it. All of us had a great time for lunch!

I don't know if those plates were re-used for the cooked food as I didn't stay to watch. They have a chocolate fountain where you can dip a variety of items like marshmallows, Rice Krispy treats and cannolis. There were more options but I didn't look at all of them. Our server was very attentive and checked her area often to clear plates and refill drinks. We never had to ask for a refill.

At $38.99 per person before drinks, this is not an inexpensive meal. The food was average and didn't stand out enough to justify the price. The conveyor belt filled with vegetables, noodles, and other ingredients is visually appealing, but I noticed the items were left uncovered as they circulated throughout the dining room. While the presentation looks nice, it raised concerns for me about exposure within a busy restaurant environment. The biggest issue, however, was the overall atmosphere. During both visits, there was a noticeable mildew-like odor throughout the restaurant. I also noticed smells that appeared to be coming from cleaning products and nearby restrooms, which took away from the dining experience. After giving this restaurant two opportunities, I can confidently say I won't be returning.
