Hong Kong Wok 'n Grill is more of traditional style Chinese restaurant. I think the food is a solid 4+/5 and I'd give it a 5/5 accept that my fellows diners thought it was more of a 4/5. We ordered Wonton soup w/spinach and it had a few pieces of spinach in it. The boneless spareribs were good. Also, the Mongolian beef was good as was the Hunan beef which I got at medium spiciness and it was not very spicy. You have a choice of spicy and regular for the dishes. Chicken mei fun was good with thin noodles and the sweet and sour chicken was very good with a side of the weirdly red but delicious sweet and sour sauce. I also like the eggplant with garlic sauce. Hong Kong Wok 'n Grill's service over the phone is very efficient and they know how to do takeout and secure the items (in a box, stacked well).

While there one of the workers was using Duck Tape to run behind the buffet and the wall. Apparently they use that to keep bugs from crawling up the backside and eating the food. We did not get sick.
