SPICY AND LOVED IT... Extremely busy parking lot surrounded by many restaurants and retail shops and on the weekends there is no shortage of customers in this plaza. Been to this Weston Pei Wei a few times in the past but not recently until today. Signed up on the Pei Wei Rewards Program by downloading the app which celebrates your interest by giving you a free entree from their delicious menu of authentic Chinese cuisine. It was an early dinner so it was very quiet inside. The dining room was super clean and organized with oversized red and blue balloons (unsure why) in each corner providing a festive ambiance. Met with the manager, Matthew, who was friendly and took my order of Spicy Korean BBQ Steak and brown rice as a substitution for dull white rice. Matthew actually was the sole employee at this time acting as the cashier, server, chef and manager supervising himself. We took a seat at a table near the open kitchen. Within a few minutes, echoes of oil sizzling in the wok and the hint of Asian spices flowing past my nostrils brought a smile to my face. The portion was large and smelled magnificent. Quickly engulfed most of my meal with chop sticks then ate the last few bites with a fork to ensure not even one morsel of rice was left behind. A placard was sitting on the front counter next to the register which noted that one order of Thai Donuts would be given free if a review, good or bad, of the eating experience was added to any social media review platform. Well, the cinnamon covered Thai Donuts arrived as dessert with a warm vanilla cream dipping sauce. Holy Moly, they were crazy good and surely a high caloric treat. Strangely, no garbage receptacles were found in the dining room, although a new employee clocked in for the dinner rush and removed the waste from our table. This was my first time eating at this Pei Wei. It is newly remodeled and looks great. I like how friendly the guy at the cashier was. He was so pleasant. I ordered the fried rice bowl with chicken. The rice was really good and tasty. The chicken was good but the soy sauce made it better. I am glad I came back to Pei Wei. It has been too long since I ate at one. The prices are reasonable and I was able to bring home a good amount of the rice. My portion was large. It is reasonably priced. They also sell beer and wine. read more

I had a wonderful lunch here. I was craving some chicken lettuce wraps, so I came here. The restaurant is so clean. I felt very welcomed by Victoria. In no time, my chicken lettuce wraps arrived. The chicken had a great flavor. The lettuce was crisp. It was refreshing with the chicken. I do wish there were some more veggies in this. Overall, it is a great light lunch or appetizer. read more

The young lady at the counter was very nice and pleasant. After that all downhill. The oil the in deep fryer needed to be changed yesterday I noticed first. Its not what it used to be, the changes this franchise has gone through after being passed around by different investment firms in the last decade and a half have killed it. The food is no different than a panda express and yet more expensive. They got rid of the sweet n sour chicken with the pineapple. The rice is ..different than it used to be. It tastes and feels like the rice you could get at any crappier chinese restaurant from a random strip mall. They butchered the menu with fad items like protein bowls. There's not much to pei wei anymore, you dont get real restaurant quality food like you used to. Its essentially asian fast food at restaurant prices. Also don't order the "crab" rangoons. As you can see there is absolutely no crab in them anymore. Panda is better, the places in the mall food courts are better read more

Welcome to the new Pei Wei! The newly opened Pei Wei is a must see and must be. Clean and bright. Customer service is excellent. What a joke & MAJOR disappointment! Ordered the Feast 6-7 after speaking to an employee to confirm portion size & menu to celebrate my father on Father's Day who had passed away 3 days earlier. What was supposed to be a day to commemorate & remember my father turned into panic & fiasco of trying to figure out how to feed the guests on such small portions. After my brother came home from picking up the phone order I was horrified thinking half the order was forgotten. Two trays were filled with lettuce meaning the remaining trays were the food ~when I called the restaurant I spoke to a joke of a Mgr who informed me I could return to pickup another entree (that in itself would not resolve the amount of guests who were hungry & ready to eat! Not to mention $90 was just spent on what was supposed to be A FEAST to feed 6-7. Portions were enuf to feed maybe 3-4. First time ordering from here & DEFINITELY last. The clincher to top everything off was food was sub par! Not authentic Asian more Americanized Asian cuisine.
