These players feel empowered because the staff do not properly reprimand players when they take these actions. Let me start by saying that they've really put in a lot of effort in equipping this place with a bunch of games. From darts, to bingo, to computer slots to table tennis to pool. The place is a pretty huge size. But the funny thing is that on a Friday night, the place was empty. The kitchen & bar closed at 11pm. The only thing alive was the bingo room which had quite a bit of people, who left the room right after the bingo game was over. I am not sure why the management of this place isn't promoting this place. If I was in charge, I would host weekend parties here, by calling in DJs or live bands and of course advertising to get a decent crowd here. Get promoters, get someone to organize it all over mississauga and get the place pumping. Anyway, it was a shame to see the place empty. Wish them all the best

Another negative is the attitude of the casino attendant that stopped us from walking through with my 20 yo daughter. She had here carry a yellow card and stay on the red carpet. You pay up front before being seated and inside it's a buffet. On the night I went it was lobster tails and prime rib. The lobster tails for the majority were fresh, chewy, and full of flavor. The Prime rib was tender and not too overdone. They also had a salad bar, dessert station, and soup/bread station which were all solid. No complaints whatsoever, but my faves were the chef's pasta and mashed potatoes. Hands down the best mashed potatoes I've had in my life. All in all very good, especially at the $15 (member) / $25 (non member) price point. The Prime rib and lobster tails kept coming, the food was steaming hot, partially because the venue was packed, and there's a long line that keeps getting longer as the night passes on. 10/10 would recommend
