Mike and his team got the job done quickly and we were able to turn the water back on and use our shower again! They advised us that we'd probably have to find another vendor to help us with drywall patching after their work, but after they went to the store they found a solution with a little door/vent situation that would allow for easy access for the pipes if anything were to go wrong again. Saved us additional time and money. Definitely recommend.

He took care of everything from walking me through which model to buy as a replacement, then went to Lowe's to pick it up, removed the old one, installed the new one, and just like that we were better than new. Unfortunately his phone company messed up his phone when I called and I wound up using a good but extremely high priced outfit. Then had my HVAC company replace my boiler system and Gambro is their guy to call for licensed plumbing for gas lines etc. Meeting Mike when he came I asked he give me an estimate on a toilet replacement. We made arrangements and true to his word he arrived when scheduled completed the repair and even dropped the price some. I was very happy with not only his work but that he is also an honest nice guy. I am happy to once again have a plumber that I can call with confidence. George in NY

I described the problem over the phone and Jason suggested that rather than coming to our home first, that we purchase a new faucet and then he would come and install it. After it was installed, it started leaking within one hour. When we called Jason again, he had to return the next day (this was during the Xmas holidays) in order to replace the lemon. He did this without charge. Two weeks ago we had a leak and called Jason. He came the same day and repaired the pipe. Look no further if you need a reliable plumber.

I cannot trust those who fail to show, and choose not to communicate such. How do contractors stay in business this way?

Reasonable, honest plumber who does excellent work!…read more On June 6, 2026, I was in the Bronx helping a family with a water leak in their nearly 100-year-old house. This review is 1.5 months late because I wanted to be sure that the repairs made by Felip at GME Plumbing held up after he completed the plumbing work. I took pictures and sent them to Felip and he provided a reasonable estimate which included parts and labor, so we hired him. Felip and his helper did excellent work, left the place clean, and took away the rubbish. We paid the price in his estimate; there were no surprise extra charges. He 1) Repaired a leaking shower, replaced seat of valve with a special tool. Two previous plumbers only changed the washers and the leaks never stopped. 2) Replaced washing machine valves located behind shower wall. 3) Removed an old leaky toilet and replaced it with a new toilet. It's been over a month since the repairs were completed and there have been no leaks. The water bill is 40% less because of the repairs Felip made. We are very happy with Felip's work and will definitely use him again should we have further plumbing issues.

I looked up the average price should be under 300.00 and that's what I expected to pay, when I hired Peekskill Plumbing. When the tech came, he got on the phone with the office, and said it would be 1,200. I told them I think they misunderstood what the job entailed. Then they said 900. I said no thanks. Haven't run into a dishonest contractor in a long time. Ruined my morning. I have a company co., (that I know and have worked with before), coming tomorrow to do the job for 235.00.
