To start you can schedule and pay for pet care on the website. You can also see visit updates and pet photos there as visits complete. This makes using the service much easier than other companies. They posted a detailed review every day and several photos. The owner, Andre is very professional and clearly loves animals. We could tell from the visit photos that he worked hard to find our cats. He brought toys and treats for the cats and even brushed them! Also the cat bowls were cleaned which was so nice. Andre cleaned up cat puke haha and when our cleaners didn't show up he even took our trash out! He also left us the cutest cat mugs as a gift. This company is a little more expensive than other companies- though since other places boost rates for the holidays, for the holidays it's about the same. In any case you get what you pay for with this company and the few extra dollars is worth having happy pets. This sounds nuts but usually my cat Brady pouts when we return from vacation and this time he seemed so happy. I could tell that Andre spent a lot of time with him. Andre has been walking our lab mix dog Gus for over a year now and we are so happy we found him. Andre is professional and accommodating to our hectic schedule. Billing is simple and easy. We choose paypal online, payable with the click of an invoice link sent through email 2x per month. Andre also offers a variety of walk lengths. We do 4 days a week at 30 mins and 1 day a week at 2 hours to mix things up. From the first time I met Andre, I knew he could handle our sometimes rambunctious dog (1 year old at the time). Our dog responded to Andre's demeanor and knew right away who was in charge. It's reassuring to have your pooch with someone who understands dogs and handles them confidently. Honestly, I don't know who LOVES this service more, ME (for the honesty, reliability and PRICE) or my pooch Mimi, for ALL the love and attention and exercise that she gets! This service has helped her with her manners and social skills. She is allowed to walk along side other dogs SAFELY and is completely supervised. Sometimes, I miss her so much while at work that I ask for a Photo to be sent to me.This walker is amazing! I get the photo-texts almost instantly, of my doggie walking with her pals. Peep Poop Play couldn't have come into my life at a better time!! As a new dog owner, I was afraid to trust my dear Penelope in just anyone's hands but knew I needed help with walking her. Penelope is so energetic and sometimes needs at least 3 walks a day (or she's gotten so spoiled with our previous 3 walks), and with my new work schedule I am not able to go home for lunch to walk her. Pee Poop Play has been such a great service for our pup! We were nervous because of a past experience with a different day care but when we met Andre he was very caring with our dog and knew a ton of about taking care of pups. Our dog does the 2 hour play dates and we always get an awesome written update about his day along with a ton of pictures of him playing with other dogs and solo ones too! (Instagram worthy). I will say we were nervous about the price but after the our first day with them I felt very strongly that it was well worth the price. Extremely unprofessional to have four unleashed dogs you have no control over at a park where off leash is prohibited.
