The kennels are bigger than most, with plenty of outside space. The dogs have plenty of green to play in during their daily walks. Of course our pups were happy to see us, but I feel more than comfortable leaving them here. Thanks to Joe's patented brand of trauma-cum-neglect, Lil' B is malleable as a mf for the first time since he got his chestnuts roasted. After just 4 days of starvation, Lil' B has changed his persnickety tune and will now eat whatever nonsense I slap in his bowl, WHENEVER I slap it there. Nevertheless I must confess that I cannot determine why B-dawg was returned to me #eternallystenched (on some James Brown ish: truth) but I guess that's what happens when you forgo the Groom n' Doom upgrade. I had zero issues, when I checked in on him(because he was staying so long)I received a timely and positive response from the owner. Her staff is extremely friendly and I find that they understand how stressful it can be leaving your pet in someone else's care. They do put their pics on Facebook playing with other dogs so you can see how they are doing which is great, they even threw a birthday hat on him on his birthday! I find the facility to be very clean and the staff to be very organized. My only suggestion would be to book early if you plan on a trip during a holiday weekend or the summer, they can fill up fast sometimes.

I took my little dog for his 4th grooming visit and his last…read more The trimming was horrible. All uneven and parts of his body wasn't touched at all. I called, the groomer argued with me that he only bathed him same as last time. Last three times he was trimmed just fine. He asked me to bring him in so he can see. After I showed him my dog he could not accept that he did a bad job. That he used #4 blade as he used before. That blade was the groomer's choice. The thing is he did a very bad job with that blade. I went to show the dog to a person at the reception desk so he could see what I was talking about. He told me I am crazy and stupid to get out and take my dog somewhere else. Unbelievable! I paid for service that they did not do correctly then I was treated that way. Do not take your dog there for grooming. Apparently they don't need the business if that's the way they treat customers.

When my wife was pregnant we had Hidden Acres "on call" for us to drop the dogs off when she went into labor. Our dogs are always excited when we pull in to drop them off and exhausted when we pick them up. Everyone at hidden acres truly loves dogs and that is evident in everything that they do. They also go above and beyond in terms of customer service, they are pleasant and take the extra step to make sure that the customers needs are more than met.

Afterwards the driver displayed the middle finger. I hope that there wasn't a clients' pet in the van as the driver could have caused an accident and clearly was only looking out for themselves and not the other drivers on the road. The pick-up and drop off service is really convenient, especially for families with busy schedules and/or young kids, like ours. Minnie always comes back from daycare happy and exhausted! We have also used NPC's boarding services for anywhere from 1 night to several weeks at a time. I have never once worried about her care or wellbeing while she is staying at NPC. The owners are incredibly kind, caring people who treat Minnie like she is their own dog. Absolutely no cold, lonely cages like most boarding places use. Instead, Minnie gets to be comfortable on the couch with her second family while we are away. NPC really treats all of their customers and their pets as family; I feel very lucky to have a service like theirs in the neighborhood! NPC has been an absolute godsend during busy or stressful times for my family (the birth of my son, or my cross-country travels due to my mom's cancer diagnosis) -- my dog receiving high quality, reliable care is a given, because we know that NPC is there to help.
