He then presented a work plan in writing. He cut the in and out copper lines and connected them with a flexible connecter. A drain hose was also removed. I questioned if the drain connection had to sealed. Fernando said no but to call the office for any concerns. The unsealed drain connection leaked with shower use. I called the office and Fernando returned the next day to cap the drain. Problem completely solved. I highly recommend Norwalk La Miranda plumbing.
