Dr sozer said he needs to add rib cartilage to my nose which he did. I got necrosis in the front of my nose also an infection. I was driving every week to get it checked out by de sozer. After it healed i had a hole in the front on my nose that he kind of repaired later. Also one of my nostrils was or still is droopy. He added ear cartilage to one of the sides where you can see a lump. So after two years as you can see on the last two pictures, this is my result. He told me on my last visit that I just need to wear a retainer at night which has not been helping at all. I asked him if he would post me in hes social media and he said "no one post secondary rhinoplastys" I told him I paid over 15k dollars for this? And that I had already went to see another doctor that wants to charge me 9k to fix this. Then he said he could add fat to my nose where is droopy. And he would cut my front scar again. I believe this would not fix the issue because my nostrils is droopy and adding more weight to that side is probably going to make it worse. also I can't breathe properly though that side. I feel super bad about this. I wish I never went here. Please I beg you save your money dont come with this doctor.

I have a plastic hard buildup underneath my belly button from the belly button down to almost my pelvic area initially, there was a lot of fluid there. I kept saying this is not normal, the pain was just not normal the pulling sensationall along. I've been told it's part of the healing process give it some time. after doing my own research I found out I have all the symptoms of a pseudo bursa. I had an ultrasound done to confirm it which revealed a 2.5 mm hypoechoic area and the surgeon, Frank Argullo is saying that there is no surgical intervention needed. There are other surgeons out there such as Dr. Repta that will wholeheartedly listen to their patients, open them up in search of the source of the pain and he has found scar tissue and removed the scar tissue yet Dr Agullo, is dismissing my symptoms, ignoring my pain, and just pretty much washing his hands , at this point my physical pain, my emotional and mental pain is to the max just a fact that he is ignoring my symptoms and gives a crap of what this complication is causing in my daily living. He is now demanding that I do an MRI even though I have read that an MRI most likely will not show scar tissue. The only way to 100% confirm scar tissue is by opening the patient up which he is refusing to do I've been spending way too much money on the lymphatic drainage, massages on abdominal binders and compression garments , and now I did this ultrasound. after a CT scan without contrast that came back negative. I am spending way too much money and refused to do this MRI because litterateur states MRI will not show scar tissue if he is going to pretend that he is waiting on MRI results to take me seriously then I will go ahead and do the MRI but I will also send him literature that confirms that an MRI will not show scar tissue. I think he's just trying to prove me wrong which I don't understand why if I was the surgeon, I would definitely look into finding my patient's source of pain and listen to what they suspect is the proble. What good does it do to ignore your patient? I'm not going away, I am seeking second opinions and I will exercise my patient rights, I am not an experiment you screw up and toss out. I'm not a some piece of trash you dismiss and wait for it to go away.

But, from the moment I walked into his beautiful office, I felt a sense of peace. It's a bit nerve wracking inquiring about having surgery, but this office felt right for me. Ashely in the front was so warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and no sooner I was being called by Dr. Gonzales, nurses, Cindy and Karla amazing knowledgeable ladies. They walked me to the back, spoke with them about what I wanted to get done, and she took some photos. Soon after, I met Dr. Gonzalez, he has such a personable and charming personality that I knew he was going to be the one to do my procedure, he explained the whole procedure in detail and how my body was going to look after all is done. I asked him about how painful it was going to be, he explained that if I followed his instructions after surgery and took my meds, I would not have any pain. Following this, I was escorted by him to his Patient Coordinator and Office Manager. She explained how soon the surgery could be done and what the pricing would be. I was scheduled on July 18th, for surgery and it was the most pleasant experience I have had. I followed his instructions as he told me and took my Meds and he was right, no pain at all. Another thing I would like to share, if you have any questions after hours or during the weekend you call their office and in 10 to 15 minutes one of their nurses will return your call. I tell you Dr. Marco Gonzales staff truly cares about your needs his staff is so professional, knowledgeable and patient-centered. I'd interviewed 2 other plastic surgeons here and 1 in Las Cruces NM they were like used car salesmen no professionalism and most definitely not patient-oriented. I also want to share that I was 167 lbs before my tummy tuck, I'm now down to 145 lbs in 8wks and my body looks fabulous as well as my BBL I feel like a different person just more beautiful. (LOL) THANK YOU Dr. Marco Gonzales and staff, Karla, Ashely, Frida, Cindy and Amy and the rest of the staff I didn't get to meet all of them for making this entire experience an unforgettable one, you all are an excellent and amazing team. Doctor Marcos Gonzales is the doctor to go to here in EL Paso, Texas. Don't look no more, we have the best in El PASO. GOD BLESS !!!

I walked in with prior authorization for the surgery by my insurance. In September I called in to ask what was going on and why I hadn't been scheduled, they stated that they were having problems with the billing department and a wrong address for the insurance company. I called in December as my referral was expiring. They said just ask for a new one and we'll get you in. Today I called in asking what the heck was going on and they seriously told me they are no longer accepting my insurance!! Ok 6.5 months later after doing an initial consultation being marked up and showing what would be done they've changed their minds and don't take my insurance?? I can't help but be angry and told them I feel this is medical negligence as my surgery is more about medical necessity and not vanity!! Someone needs to investigate this doc ASAP!! How can they do this to patients!

They have expertly trained Botox and facial filler RNs (yes they are medically licensed) and they have a variety of vitamin cocktail injections. I come for the Vitamin B cocktail injection, which is administered in one of your glutes . It truly helps me power through a demanding schedule and seems, in my mind, to help alleviate some of my joint arthritis pain and discomfort. Looking young is only half the equation- you need to feel young too, and I can't say enough great things about the Vitamin B complex injection. So let's talk about some of their Botox and fillers- so I never smoked but did develop some lines around my mouth. People are very expressive either in the upper portion of their face from the eyes up, or the lower portion of the face- from the mouth down- so that's me all yacking away (I hardly have wrinkles in my forehead or around my eyes)! I did not want large lips- I have nice lips, I just wanted a fix to get rid of the tiny lines and my smile lines that were just too much too much. Drii and Brenda do a magnificent job at keeping me presentable enough to chase after younger men- hahaha and with that vitamin shot, watch out, try to keep up with me! So, taking care of yourself and trying to maintain where you are while still looking natural and as if you did not have anything done is a win win- we have the technology today and these gals have the expertise!

Title: Very disappointing experience after giving multiple chances…read more First of all, I gave this business several chances before deciding to leave this review. I followed Angela for Botox and lip filler, Teresa for skincare, and Adriana, the owner, on Instagram because their work looked beautiful. I was excited to start my Botox, skincare, and lip filler journey with them. My goal was simply to enhance my features, not do anything over the top. My first appointment had to be canceled because Angela was sick. I completely understood that and appreciated that she didn't work on me while she was ill. Unfortunately, my first lip filler appointment was very scary. As soon as the needle was inserted, one side of my lip immediately swelled and bruised badly. Angela made the decision to dissolve the filler right away because she realized the swelling was getting worse. Throughout the entire experience, I stayed calm and trusted her to do what she felt was best. Even after that experience, I decided to continue with the clinic and received PDRN under my eyes. I actually loved those results, although they only lasted about three days. I still paid for all of my services and walked out with one extremely swollen lip. They didn't have masks available, so I had to drive home looking the way I did, which was very embarrassing. To Angela's credit, she checked on me later that evening. The swelling eventually improved after using ice packs, an antihistamine, vitamin C, and Arnica. She recommended waiting another week before attempting filler again. When I returned, the nurse applied numbing cream before I even spoke with Angela. I sat there for about 45 minutes with my lips numb, only to be told we should wait another week. Since I was already nervous about getting filler, I followed her recommendation. I even asked if I could receive a different service that day instead of lip filler since the syringe would still be available later. I was told no--the syringe would simply be saved until I was ready. Because I still wanted to support the business, I scheduled both a Hydrafacial with Teresa and my lip filler for the same day. I rearranged my work schedule and daycare so I could enjoy a relaxing Friday. The morning of my appointment, they canceled my Hydrafacial. What made this frustrating was that the day before, Teresa had posted on Instagram how grateful she was after completing around 20 Hydrafacials that week. Then I was told the machine had suddenly broken. I still have screenshots of those posts. I reached out to Teresa privately on Instagram because I felt canceling the same day after I had already rearranged everything was unprofessional. At that point, I had experienced: Multiple appointment cancellations and delays. A lip filler complication that required immediate dissolving. Repeated postponements after taking time off work. A same-day cancellation after making childcare arrangements. Being unable to use the money I had already paid toward another service. I financed my treatments through Cherry, and the services were paid in full--$809.91. I disputed the charges but was denied. Initially, I decided to let everything go. However, after talking with family and friends who regularly receive cosmetic treatments elsewhere, they encouraged me to request a refund because they couldn't believe how many chances I had given this business. I emailed Adriana, the owner, hoping we could resolve everything privately. Instead, my refund request was denied. I even told her: "I'm not trying to cause problems. I simply feel this situation has been handled poorly, and I believe a refund is fair. I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this directly before sharing my experience publicly." I truly wasn't trying to threaten anyone. I was simply asking for an opportunity to resolve the situation privately first. Everyone's experience may be different, but mine was disappointing from beginning to end. While Angela was kind enough to check on me after my swelling, the repeated scheduling issues, poor communication, and refusal to offer any meaningful resolution ultimately caused me to lose confidence in the business. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this spa based on my experience.
