It was very suspicious the way they presented this new product. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, was told "no one is in charge in this clinic". I left without any resolution and have yet to hear from anyone to provide clarity or apologize to me for the wasted hour to drive to an appointment for a service they had NO way of fulfilling. Discourage anyone from making an appointment here. Given the gross harassment for deposits, no last minute changes or cancellations (I received multiple text messages and emails). This facility should complete their own due diligence for clients. I've been to many med spas over the years and this is by far the least professional and most suspect I've ever heard of.

His appointment system somehow was always a little lacking as other somehow other people got my number and asked me to come in for a check up however when I got there they told me they had no idea what I was talking about. This happened twice. I am a military veteran and got the breast reduction as I came out of my contract, and because it was paid for by the military he seemed to be a little less careful then the reviews I've been reading. I've been left with a disgusting pointy part of my skin on the scars and both sides of my breasts have a weird overlap now that I have to fight bras with. They are also no longer symmetrical which they used to be perfectly before the surgery. My back does feel better yes, but I can no longer be as careless with my clothing options for my upper body. Extremely disappointed and I am now seeking elsewhere to see if I can get this lasered off. :(
