ATI did not submit the authorization before performing treatment and, other than the initial intake exam portion of the first bill, we have been billed for the entire amount, almost $3,000. Three phone calls to both ATI and our insurance provider and we were told the authorization would be sent, but the EOB denials state denied because authorization was not sent before treatment started and never received since. They are also charging full amount, not the Medicare allowed amount, which nearly triples the bill.

Once I began therapy at Oasis things began to change. I became better educated about lymphedema and how to manage it. I received massage therapy and learned to do exercises that really worked. I learned to apply Velcro wraps daily so the swelling doesn't return. As long as I am diligent to apply the principles I learned from therapy at Oasis, my swelling is at a manageable level and I am pain free. I highly recommend Neethu and her professional team for managing lymphedema. Now I have my life back! Jean Carter Frederick
