The nurses and doctors were amazing. My wife ended up having to have our twins early for medical reasons and the staff was great at explaining everything. My wife needed help after giving birth and the nurses were so compassionate. Our boys stayed in the NICU for a bit and Dr Uddin and Dr Mandoa were amazing. The nurses were also great. Being able to come or call in 24/7 was amazing and helped ease the sting of not having our boys home with us. Dr Budi who is now an executive at the hospital even stopped by to say hi and even covered a shift once even though he is on the administrative side, which I thought was very respectful and admirable because he didn't forget where he came from. I'd recommend this place for everyone. They truly care about families.

As I was laying on the table, she did some tests to see if I was feeling anything before she cut me open and every single one of her tests were answered with a "Yes, I feel sharp pain". She went ahead and cut me open anyways. Result: The Epidural catheter was miss placed in my back -so the anesthesia wasn't working- and I felt the ENTIRE surgery and screamed of pain THE ENTIRE SURGERY. My whole C-section was about me screaming "STOP, I FEEL EVERYTHING, PLEASE STOP", and not being acknowledged. I felt Dr. Toso cutting every layer of my skin and it went on... If that wasn't traumatic and messed up enough, I also lost a lot of blood - my hemoglobin/blood count went from 12.0 to 6.0 and I got into a critical stage after surgery (A SIMPLE C-SECTION) and had to have blood transfusions. After surgery Dr. Tosso never came to the room to clarify why everything happened the way it happened. I never heard a sorry from her or the anesthesiologist and they also lied in the reports saying that the surgery was UNEVENTFUL, NO COMPLICATIONS AND ANESTHESIA WAS ADEQUATE. What a shit show!!!! My husband was with me the entire surgery and witnessed it all, if wasn't for that I am sure they would have played the card of "patient was hallucinating"

Staff have been warm, welcoming and responsive...that is huge! Staff really do make all the difference! She is satisfied with the food, physical therapy, and communication. Tiff and Rae hold down the front desk and are wonderful. They are so down to earth, funny and all around good people. They go out of their way to chat and get to know you. They are also very understanding if you need to reschedule an appointment. Lauren is very knowledgeable and professional and no doubt is the reason I got over my plantar fasciitis. She helped explain everything, gave me home exercises and dealt with my whining dying dry needling! I also worked with Steve and he was also great. This is an outstanding physical therapy practice and I highly recommend them for anyone who is recovering from an injury. They are a small practice and care about their patients. I am a 36 year old woman and I could barely lift my leg to get dressed, walking hurt, going up a hill was incredibly difficult, and I could no longer sit on the floor with my children for any length of time. I did a bit of my own research and decided to give physical therapy a try before surgery (with a very lengthy recovery). I am so thankful that I chose Jackson Clinics!! Rob and Rae were both wonderful! I broke my back at 12 and have been through quite a few different physical therapy programs. I have never had such success!! The amount of knowledge Rob has in his field is unprecedented, in my experience. If you are willing to do the exercises, I believe you'll have success as well!! I worked out frequently before going into therapy but Rob pushed me every time I asked for more. I truly believe that I will not have to ever have surgery with the coping techniques he taught me. Backstory - I went to see Ciccarelli a few years back to have a prescription refilled after witnessing a horrible car accident that my friends were involved in. I was first on the scene and ended up pulling them out of their burning vehicle. The entire experience was pretty traumatizing and resulted in me being diagnosed with mild PTSD (I would get random panic attacks for no real reason). Another doctor had made the diagnosis and prescribed me Lorazepam, a mild anti-anxiety medication, similar to Xanax. I ended up going to see Ciccarelli because I ran out of my prescription while I was visiting my parents. Instead of simply evaluating me, and refilling my prescription, Ciccarelli attempted to prescribe me a different medication.. Zoloft. Yes you read correctly. She attempted to prescribe me a long-term, high-dependance forming, anti-depression medication for my acute hypertension. Puzzled by the decision, I told her that I didn't want to take Zoloft, because I didn't want to become dependent on a substance for a condition that appeared to be lessening on its own (in terms of severity). I simply needed a short-acting anti-anxiety medication to help calm me down during the event of a panic attack. Ciccarelli's response to this was, "I'm the doctor, don't you think I should be making those decisions?" I was absolutely stunned. I literally couldn't believe that she was attempting to put me on a long-term anti-depressant in order to treat my SHORT term hypertension. I refused the prescription. On my way out the door, Ciccarelli stopped me and asked if I had any friends in the area in need of a doctor. She went on to explain that her practice in Clear Spring (which has since closed) wasn't doing well and she needed to bring in new patients, or risk having to close the practice. Once again, I was stunned. All of a sudden it made perfect sense... she was attempting to put me on a long-term medication plan to force me to come back into her office for regular check-ups, thus giving her practice more money. I was utterly appalled. I left without responding to her plea. A month or so later, I was talking to a relative of mine who previously had used Ciccarelli as her GP. 17 years old at the time, she informed me that after Ciccarelli learned that she had a boyfriend, Ciccarelli had said, "If I knew you were going to become sexually active, I would have never prescribed you birth control in the first place." This made me see red. This doctor actually had the nerve to cast her own personal beliefs onto the healthcare of my family member. In my opinion, this should be grounds to lose your medical license. Not only was it none of her business, but she ABSOLUTELY had NO right to make that comment and threaten to revoke the birth control prescription. You are a PUBLIC SERVANT, nothing more. Get off your high horse and do your job. Ciccarelli is dangerous. She is not only willing to put her own patient's well being behind the success of her practices, but shes also no stranger to imposing her own personal conservative beliefs on to the medicine she practices. She should she be ashamed of herself and avoided at all costs.
