It cost less than in did in other places for the same type of work and the guy who was helping me spoke little or no English but managed to explain everything in such a way that I could understand his German and I was really delighted with the outcome. In the busy months come early. This morning at 8.30am half an hour before the shop opened there were about 20 people waiting to get their bikes serviced or repaired. This place is cash only so please come ready with cash for the work they do. They don't even have a card machine :-) Good service and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for ? :-)) I don't mind waiting in line for good quality service.

I'm not sure if he thinks he's running the German bicycle version of the Antiques Road Show but something I'd sell on EBay for 10 Euros he's often asking 50 Euros plus for. Bizarre! Thus... no stars (unfortunately, I can't leave no stars) for this guy or his customers. The only good thing that I can say about this shop is it's location next to the Cinema München which gives you something to do while waiting for movies to start.

I have walked by this place for many years and never been in. Finally a bike needed servicing and…read morenew tires and I took it here. I would have saved a few bucks by going to another place but the quality and level of service makes up for it. It's a bike shop with some nice bikes and accessories. It's also a repair shop and they do something rarely seen in bike shops across Munich, they clean the bike thoroughly before handing it back to you after a service :-) They were very transparent with their pricing and talked me through all the options for tires and so on. They sent me an email to let me know the bike was ready for pickup and quick to get me out of the shop after explaining what they had done. Last but not least, the bike was sparkling clean :-) I would go here just for that alone ;) I am glad I went here finally and will be back again. It's a great shop in the neighbourhood.

Klare Ansage wann Zeit bzw. Platz für die Reparatur wäre, unkomplizierte Abgabe und Kommunikation was gemacht wird und wie viel das ungefähr kostet, plus wann das Rad fertig ist. Gezahlt habe ich für die Inspektion dan 37EUR, inklusive 7EUR für ein Ersatzteil welches ich selber auch nicht günstiger im internet hätte bestellen können! Einfach klasse.
