The sewer hookup was under about 6 inches of water so we just didn't fool with it since we were only staying 1 night. This place definitely needs some maintenance and something done about drainage. Seemed like an odd request as I could have waited a hour very easy as I was there way before normal checkin time. Anyway they mowed and weed ate and my hoses and side of my rv was plastered with grass. I was not very happy that they were more intrested in weed eating then my Rv not getting messed up or a rock damaging my rv. They also had several long term and old Junk trailers in spots. My spot had mud anywhere I had to park. The pictures are very deceiving as the park doesn't look this nice I would not recommend this park even for an over night. There is a sams right up the road that has a well lit parking lot.

Easy access close to the highway, but you can't hear anything but nature. If you are looking for the perfect location to truly get away for a while, this is the place. It is located close to the town of Farmerville if you need supplies. There aren't a ton of things to do in the immediate vicinity, but if you love the water this is the place to be. You can fish from your campsite if you want. It is literally right on the water!! There is even a boat ramp if you need that! It is located about 30 minutes north of Monroe/West Monroe, a bigger city, in case you want to go antique shopping, have dinner at a nice restaurant, or check out other things to do. If you are just looking for a place to get away from it all and relax, it is absolute perfection. They provide full hookups, 20/30/50 amp, sewer, and can accommodate up to 60' long RVs. There is a nice swimming pool as well. There is no cable or internet, but you can catch about 15 local channels on TV with the RV antenna. At a cost of $35 per night, it is VERY reasonable for such a breathtaking location. We highly recommend and will absolutely stay again if we are in the area!

At any rate, the park was clean and quiet. Got a full hook up for our RV at a reasonable price. There's a gas station nearby and it's right off I-20. There seems to be someone in the office 24/7, so it's convenient if you're getting in late at night. Overall nothing bad to say about this place.
