The excuse was always the same they called and we didn't confirm the appointment. The dentist that previously performed the work is no longer there so they charged our insurance to fix the issue. Yes, it is very disheartening that a client/customer of over seven years that Julia would simply state that she did the best that she could with the canvass that she had and that my situation was NOT correctable. That alone meant that there was no more "glady to work with you and address your concerns". Meanwhile, check out the updated pic of my new teeth that were "not correctable". I didn't even have to be subjected to potential "facial paralysis" as my new dentist did a phenomenal job. Still out $7900 that your office owes me. I have now anxiety to go to the dentist due to previous health incidents. I explained my situation and also requested an emergency appointment due to an issue with my gum. They immediately provided assistance and an appointment for the same afternoon! The dentist was explaining everything carefully. The hygienist Juan was excellent and very patient knowing my previous issues, he injected the minimum to numb the area and was really careful to ensure I could take breathes, monitoring my blood pressure and more. The deep cleaning has been perfect and very professionally. I understand the price is a bit up because I didn't maintain for a bit of time and it will be a normal cleaning going forward. I read the reviews on Yelp and they are mixed often due to the price or mask required, but I wanted to make my own experience as the 500+ reviews on Google are amazing. I confirm my own experience was outstanding and exceeding expectations. I'm continuing my plan with this dentist and I'm totally satisfied.

I was visiting the Marco Island area for 3 months and realized I had a loose crown and my gum was…read moregetting very sensitive. I was also afraid the crown was going to fall out. Long story short, I found this practice on Yelp. They had fabulous reviews. I called and got an appointment within two days (it was not an emergency). Dr. Christopher Stanosheck thoroughly evaluated my tooth and crown. Luckily, he was able to re-cemented it back in place! It was good I went in, because I had bacteria and debris that had worked its way under the crown and it was irritating my gum, etc. He was able to clean that out and probably saved me from getting an infection and having a much bigger problem. Dr. Stanosheck was very kind as well as knowledgeable, and his office staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone without reservation.

The office is clean, modern, and actually cute which is a refreshing change from my last dentist that looked like a hole in the wall. The TVs have crystal clear resolution for viewing x-rays, and they went over everything in detail so I understood exactly what was going on. My wait time was literally zero minutes, and here is the funny part; I was in and out with a filling faster than my last office ever managed to do a cleaning. The hygienist/assistant was so sweet and personable, and the dentist was relatable, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. I even found myself laughing and enjoying the visit which has never happened at a dental appointment in my life. For the first time ever, I am actually looking forward to going back for my cleaning.
