I was patient, knowing the reason I was there was because I would struggle to do it myself, but when I get into the car and the inner corners are already lifting...it is rather ridiculous. And she got lash glue all over my face lol, when she used micellar water to remove, she also removed my makeup in the process and didn't offer to reapply any powder with the aveda makeup station 10 feet away. I didn't ask, she didn't offer. Disappointing customer experience in not being heard regarding changes needed to the website and in poorly trained employees.

You keep your clothes on the entire time so recommend wearing loose clothing. I know this can be odd for many unfamiliar with this, but it's just a common thing Asians do- we would eat then spontaneously decide to get foot massages. Your hair can also get kinda wild as they do a scalp massage too. I do believe they have the option for a full body massage option where you get a private room - something more similar to American style.
