Went in for false eyelash application. Website says $10. I get to the counter to checkout and they…read moresay total is $22! I state the website says 10. They said it is TWELVE for the application and TEN for the actual false lashes! I stated the website was wrong. I informed them that in no place did the website state the cost of lash was not included. They did not understand the significance of this deceptive pricing Onto the actual application, she seemed like a beginner. She did not trim the length of the lash. She really struggled to apply. I was patient, knowing the reason I was there was because I would struggle to do it myself, but when I get into the car and the inner corners are already lifting...it is rather ridiculous. And she got lash glue all over my face lol, when she used micellar water to remove, she also removed my makeup in the process and didn't offer to reapply any powder with the aveda makeup station 10 feet away. I didn't ask, she didn't offer. Disappointing customer experience in not being heard regarding changes needed to the website and in poorly trained employees.

Cost was not bad at all. With 20% tip, it came to around $110. The only weird part was I had to dry my own hair at their courtesy station. But I'd rather pay less money and dry my own hair, then pay more to have someone dry it for me. I'll be back! Thanks Irene!

Really happy a foot massage business opened in Rochester! The prices are great, the place is clean,…read moreand staff are great. For anyone unfamiliar with Asian style foot massage businesses, getting foot massages/reflexology (focused on the pressure points of your feet) is very common for all ppl to do, it's not just a luxurious thing you do where you get this grand experience like in most American masseuse places- Hence the common large area set up where multiple people are getting foot massages at the same time. You keep your clothes on the entire time so recommend wearing loose clothing. I know this can be odd for many unfamiliar with this, but it's just a common thing Asians do- we would eat then spontaneously decide to get foot massages. Your hair can also get kinda wild as they do a scalp massage too. I do believe they have the option for a full body massage option where you get a private room - something more similar to American style.
