So $70 wasted, but it will at least kill other weeds, probably. I REALLY loved going here when they gave a child a free plant, $25 years ago or so. The place is still lovely, even lovelier with the peaceful friendly animals looking at me. Nice ponds, places to sit. They sell pallets of St. Augustine sod, & can deliver it to your home. Right now though, because of the freeze, they only have 1 type of St. Augustine. SUPER FRIENDLY employees. You can spend many hours there exploring if you want to.

Plan included tree trim with canopy raise, rock to beds, pathway/stair installation, lights, irrigation, dock care, erosion prevention with special attention to shady areas. Installation was poorly planned and unsupervised resulting in multiple errors such as wrong materials, patchy work requiring redo or replanning around the errors. Plans to accommodate expected construction were ignored. Project terminated after first part because over-budget and not as expected. The owner personally responded, apologized and tried to help but could not change/correct what had been done. Overall, the yard is better than it was but not what I expected or needed and not completed.

I had to take an hour out of my day to inspect the whole job after discovering a few small things before they wanted me to sign the completion paperwork. I'm glad I did. Shims not cut off. Very messy caulk job. Gaps in the caulk, entire section of caulk missed. They chipped a piece on brand new cabinets, which they took off to fix (delaying completion by about a week) and they wanted my final payment before the cabinets were even repaired. These were all things that I found as the client. I would expect that they held their installers to that standard. I definitely felt like I was the inconvenience when all of this happened to me. Wanted to share here so anyone using them knows what they may encounter.
