If there is a such thing as negative stars, that is the one o would of picked! So, Boothcobble stone does paver work around our community which apparently has plenty of bad reviews. However they also have a warehouse unit that they rent out to contractors. We currently rent from the owner of booth cobblestone (Mark Booth) who Owens both the paver side as well as warehouse units. The reason of moving to this location was because they offered this high tech security system, an electronic gate to go in and out of with a keypad that only allows access by # that was provided to us. Mind you the mechanical gate is constinatly not working, always left open for the public to come in and out of. I called and asked about the gate and the answer that I always get was "we are working on problem, sorry", very rudely. I also Had a problem with the key to my unit, and I was told rudely again, "sorry call a lock smith", after going back and forth with the owners secretary they finally said they will cover the cost of new lock but it was my responsibility to find a locksmith whom will change this out, again very rude and un professional. Well the icing on the cake was when my vehicle which is parked there over the weekend on Friday through Sunday as it always is every weekend for the past 2 years, at this secured location with cameras. My truck was hit by a random person so hard on passenger side that it shifted my whole truck sideways. When I came in on monday to start work, we found that the truck was back into. We took a lot of pictures, as well as reported to police. when I attempted to reach out to owner about reviewing the cameras, the secretary told me that they will have to contact their electrician to review the cameras, it took 5 days for them to contact me to let me know that on that particular day there was a power surge and the cameras were down. Well much to my surprise, I asked around to the other contractors who rent from (MARK BOOTHE) and there were a couple of people that had problems as well, and were also told the cameras are down. At that moment I was told to contact Mark Boothe the owner if I wanted to resolve this. I contacted the owner as I was told, and he said that he will not cover the damages in a rude voice, and that if we did not like that answer then we can move out if we like. I proceeded to ask him about the cameras, and why we could not retrieve this info of whom backed into my vehicle, he then proceeded to get agrivated and hung the phone up, when I called back he sent me to VM. Bottom line, the customer service from them is HORRIBLE!, they are very rude and will not accept any responsibility whatsoever ever with this property, but yet want to collect ther rent on time every month. MARK BOOTHE should never own a business in this community especially if they don't care about anything accept collecting money, I'm sure this also reflects on their half ass paver jobs they do around the community. BEWARE..........DO not use their services, or rent from their units that are so-called "secured" unless you really want bad service, and or rude people talking to you, or having then hang up on you. I will make sure to let everyone in the city know what a HORIBLE company this is to work with especially after seeing all their bad review they currently have. Wow!...Began our Patio Paver installation before it was scheduled, installers were on time, completed the job ahead of schedule, project was artistically performed, and clean up was like they were never there! These people are horrible. Months and months after money is paid and the work is not done. You email them and get no response for weeks. They started the work and did it wrong and only did half the job. Now I'm trying to get an answer from them on when they are coming back to finish the job and fix the part they did wrong and I get no response. Terrible. I would not recommend them. read more

They did not use curbing on backyard sidewalk but did so in front. After a year the tiles started coming off and I did not see any thin set that should have been used since it was a concrete sidewalk they covered in the back. They did not care, nor did they try to repair it. They only gave me a quote for half or full day of labor which did not state they would use curbing. 4 grand down the drain. The driveway however is perfect with no problems - that was `11 grand. Guess I should have paid more for the back! Tom said he would let me know what he could do - been two weeks and not a word from him. read more

Had a very frustrating experience. Seems to be very poor communication between the sales rep and the work teams. Workers initially showed up 2 days early and started to put in a walkway, but didn't have the plan. Had to ask them to stop. Then it took about 4 more visits (for what was a 1/2 day job) to get it right. The work team never asked if they had it right. Would show up and leave with no notice. And even then there were a few small details that we will just live with rather than endure more frustration. The sales rep went on vacation during this process and didn't tell us. So we had numerous phone calls and emails that went unanswered until I finally contacted the owner. read more
