I took a computer-based test here that was 3 hours long. There were enough free parking in the front of the building. Two lady staff helped me with sign-in process and both were very professional. They gave me a locker to keep my personal belongings (car keys, wallet) before entering the test room. The whole walk-in to sit-in-front-of- computer took less than 15 minutes. The test room had compact seating, had about 10 computers. They gave a noise reduction headphone to wear if I like. There was no actual paper and pencil, but a laminated white sheet with marker, that works like a dry erase board. I was able to write down a few math calculations on it without problem. I did not use rest room to save time, so I can't comment on it!
One issue I had (not their fault) was another test taker making noises, coughing and blowing nose non-stop. Hope he is better but to be honest it was breaking my focus. Noise Reduction headphone works but I am not used to it and wearing it made me feel uncomfortable with complete silence!
PS- At the end of test, I left but forgot to get my ID (driver's license) back. They were nice to send me an email quickly saying I left my ID at the test center. I went back later and got it without any issue. read more
