And according to my city council representative., Cascade has also assigned the wrong cart size to several other St. Paul residents. I am going to be charged an extra $35.25 per quarter for a larger cart than I need. Cascade is refusing to take responsibility for its mistakes, and the city of St. Paul tells me I can not change my cart size until January 2019 !

From that breakfast to the present it would serve me well to forget. The counselor for that breakfast-believe it or not was a young man that actually lived just down the street from where I lived. I didn't know him but knew where he lived and he was also quite older than me. Through the food line they would give you WHAT to eat. I asked that they not give me any oatmeal. But they said I didn't have a choice. Being from a low income family the counselors thought that I would make a GOOD example if they would FORCE me to eat that breakfast oatmeal. Well that was very mean and after I gagged up in the bowl they worked twice as hard to make me eat that oatmeal. I know back then Camp O'Malley was supported by Police Departments. So it was my thoughts back then that amp O'Malley was closer to a military camp than a leisure, fun camp. So after that I have never had another bowl of oatmeal to this day. And just because I came from a low income family was no reason to force their will on me at such a young age. Also after that I never went to another camp. If I could go for less than 1 star I surely would.

When I got home, Windows was still on my old 1TB drive. The new 2TB SSD was just showing up as extra storage. I had to drive back, and they charged me another $145 to finally move Windows to the new drive -- for a total of $217.50. For comparison, another local shop quoted me $100 for the exact same job. When I questioned the price, the supervisor told me "my 12-year-old could install Windows on this computer," which really shows how overpriced the service was. When I picked up the laptop, the technician (Davis) said to me "I hope you don't feel swindled." That says everything. The work is finally done, but I feel significantly overcharged for what should have been a simple job. Would not recommend.

The first one she purchased on Saturday evening didn't end up working, and she bought two pens for her kids that had arms that moved. One of the kid pens broke overnight. So, we visited here twice while staying at the comfort inn across the way (super bad customer service there, btw). Oh well. Customer service was stupendous at Office Max though, we had an older gentlemen as our cashier and he was beyond patient with us and our exchanges, for another charger and another kid's pen. Plus, he helped us open the store door when it was still locked. D'oh.
