This is the best Child Care Center that I have ever had my child attend. The Staff are amazing and…read morethey care so much about my child. They also work with GSRP and they are amazing. When I came from a different child care center with a very bad experience. They showed compassion and empathy. My child is happy every day that I pick them up. The centers daily communication is outstanding. I would highly recommend them. They also accept DHS. Even though there are still a weekly charge left for me. The care is so worth the extra expense. Thank you all that you do for our family!!

From day one, the staff has been nothing short of amazing: caring, warm, attentive, and truly invested in each child's well-being. It's clear they build genuine relationships with every family. The teachers know our children by name, treat them with kindness and respect, and consistently go above and beyond to keep us connected--whether it's through real-time updates or their handy mobile app SproutAbout. It brings us so much peace of mind to see photos or videos of our kids learning, playing, and thriving throughout the day Their programs are a perfect fit--for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and even school-age children. They've also supported us through summer camp ("Wondercamp"), offering endless fun, active play, engaging hands-on activities, field trips, and more. Every age group has something exciting and enriching to look forward to. Safety is clearly prioritized here. The secure facility requires unique entry codes and visitor sign-in, giving us confidence that our kids are well cared for all day long. If you're looking for a nurturing, educational, and fun place for your child, we cannot recommend Tutor Time on Grand Ridge Drive enough. It's felt like a second home for our kids--and we're so grateful to the entire team for their devotion to our family.

We are grateful for the exceptional teachers at Appletree on Monroe for their warmth and nurturing…read morecare. The teachers created a wonderful, engaging environment evident by the kid's smiles and the fun photos shared through the app.  We were never stressed or anxious at drop off because we knew our little one was happy and genuinely cared for every day.  Thank you for being wonderful teachers.

Wish zero stars was an option. The director of this daycare, Maggie Headd, is one of the most…read moreunpleasant and unfriendly people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Not once did she ever greet me or my child during drop off/ pick up. The turnover rate in this facility is so high that week to week I never knew who was going to be caring for my child. This definitely raised some red flags for my family. There were several occasions I did not like the behavior of the teachers that I saw on camera, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. It does seem like the teachers are trying their best, but leadership starts at the top and if Maggie is their leader, I can see why the turnover rate is as high as it is. There is hardly any interaction between the teachers and children other than reading to them occasionally. I have heard this complaint from several other parents in passing during drop offs and pick ups. Ultimately we decided to pull our child from the daycare after securing childcare at a much higher rated facility in the city. In my time at this location, Maggie had sent out several requests for 5 star reviews of this facility. I would recommend instead of soliciting 5 star reviews, you listen to some constructive criticism from the current reviews you have on this page. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Cheap childcare with terrible management. I would recommend looking anywhere else for childcare.
