This place was so cool! The experience was absolutely amazing and the brothers were welcoming. They explained the process to making their wine and showed me their beautiful bees. I really recommend people to try it out, I've never seen anything like this elsewhere. I'm for sure coming back soon! Thank you guys for the wonderful experience :)

This was a very unique winery off the beaten path. All the wine is made from honey. They mix little wine cocktails that are quite good. We arrived and were greeted with one sample after another and they were free! We purchased a few bottles to take home. The owner was very friendly and shared his story. He said there was a short trail on his property that goes into the valley which I would like to see next time!

Available wines and a mimosa tasting!!

My husband and I are not event planners by any means. I cannot tell you how much Joseph (the owner) helped us throughout the process. We initially met with him a few months prior to the wedding and he guided us through our event. Detail by detail. The venue included 7 rooms. We were able to book the Friday before for rehearsal and use of the property. This made things so much easier to prep for the next day event. Joseph was available throughout the entire event. His staff was very hands on from decorating to cleaning to catering to guests. We received compliments on the staff friendliness and helpfulness. The property itself is beautiful and you would never know it's there. It was very easy to get to. The caterer (which was included with the package) was amazing. The food was delicious and he was also very attentive. Dj services were provided. They met with us during our initial meeting with Joseph. They reached out prior to the wedding to coordinate music for the event. Honestly I could go on about this venue, but if you're looking for an affordable but beautiful rustic location, this is your place. We stayed until Sunday afternoon. There is a pool house equipped with everything that is available for guest use during your stay and after your event.

We took a Lyft here but it is pretty remote (near Jamul Casino, but a few miles further) and hard to get a driver out, so I don't recommend it. Having a designated driver makes the most sense. If you have to rideshare, Uber is faster than Lyft in Jamul. I thought the red wines were nice and easy to drink but I'm not a wine connoisseur. The friends we were with thought the wine overall was good but not great. The 2024 Rose of Cabernet was my favorite, despite being one of the cheaper ones. Food options were very limited. Just cheese, hummus, meats and crackers, so don't arrive here hungry. Our server was very nice and friendly. There was an older gentleman walking around who was equally friendly and helpful. But there was an older lady behind the bar area who was very upset when we moved chairs inside by one window. I still think it makes sense, but don't do it. Apparently it obstructs the huge bar area walkway. There were kids running around while we were there. But this place is not kid-friendly, so leave them at home. Overall, the wine is fine and the setting is pretty. I recommend checking it out, but I probably will not become a regular. For those who live nearby, this place is great.

Diane was an absolute joy--she had me laughing every time she came by the table! We did the wine and olive oil tasting, and while not every wine was exactly my style (wine is all about personal taste, after all), they were all well-crafted and enjoyable in their own way. The balance of fruit and acidity was spot on, and I really appreciated the lower alcohol content (most around 13.2%), which is rare for the area. Unfortunately, we missed out on trying the Pinot Noir since it had just sold out, but the newly bottled Montepulciano is going to be a perfect light summer wine! Chris also stopped by, and we ended up having such a fantastic conversation that I truly didn't want to leave. This is the kind of winery that makes you feel like an old friend from the moment you walk in, and it absolutely makes you want to return. And I definitely will! Highly recommend!
