They would randomly show up - once AT 4AM! but never told us when work was scheduled or what was happening next. We had to chase them for every update and manage our own pool project. Submitted the plans to the city incorrectly, delayed the project by several weeks! We were promised the pool would be finished by June 1, but it wasn't completed until after our kids were back in school! left a huge hole in our yard for more than 45 days. The workmanship is poor! Tile installed incorrectly, the table was built wrong, and we only caught these mistakes because we were constantly checking on the work. Damaged our neighbors' plants, over sprayed the whole side of the house. We had to demand correction and fixing. When we asked a simple question in a group chat, the owner removed himself instead of responding. That says everything about their accountability and communication! This was a major investment, yet we had to chase the company, catch their mistakes, and manage the entire project ourselves. DC Style Pools was unprofessional, unreliable, and careless. I would never recommend them
