I saw her once a month, and during Covid, I saw her more frequently with other issues. The transformation is incredible and I've found am amazing peace with her guidance. In fact, she helped me with multiple problems, and this has increased the quality in all my relationships with family, friends and my Self. The quality of care did not change, nor lessen, moving to videoconferencing. I plan on continuing videoconferencing because of my schedule. Dr. Gudor is very gentle in her approach but is also very skilled at challenging me when she believes (and I agree :) that) I'm ready. I trust her judgement and direction because she is an excellent listener. I also really like that she gives me book and video recommendations.

This clinic apparently only takes patients on a "case by case" basis. My partner called and…read moreexpressed to the receptionist that she needed help with almost half of the problems on the list of issues this clinic has listed on their website, and felt that she wasn't getting adequate care from her current provider. Of course, my partner took about a week to mentally prepare for this conversation and didn't feel comfortable expressing all of her issues to the receptionist. The next day she received a phone call saying that she didn't qualify for care at this clinic, even though her insurance was accepted and according to the website, she is a perfect candidate for their care. I called the office the next day on her behalf to see what sorts of issues "qualify" for their care, and the receptionist plainly told me that the doctors make the decision based on the single phone call with the receptionist, and that she couldn't tell me what would qualify a person. I asked if my partner could call back and explain herself a little better so that perhaps she could qualify, and the receptionist said no, she would just have to find somewhere else. We were both very excited at the prospect of a clinic that took our insurance that was an accessible distance from our home, but it turned out to be a waste of time and a crock of bullshit. TLDR: Don't get your hopes up about calling this place, they screen from one call with a receptionist and won't accept people who are explicitly asking for help with issues listed on their website, so I'm not sure who they help. We are very disappointed don't want other people who are already struggling with their own mental health to have to go through more trouble, so we will be posting this review on all platforms to let people know. We reschedule and agree on a different day the next week which they confirm. I get a text the day prior to my appointment that the office will be closed for the holiday and my appointment is the following week, but I already had plans. I was fed up at this point and told them I will be seeking help somewhere else. They then told me I'm being unfair in my decision because of my availability or lack thereof. I told them they keep rescheduling me for when I'm not available. At this point, I just have no rapport or trust in this counselor to help me. I hope I am an exception in the quality of care here.

While we were waiting someone else showed saying they had an appointment with her during our appointment time. They said she called to move their appointment to an earlier time stating she'd had a cancellation. We didn't cancel. When we spoke with her instead of offering the next appointment she offered one in another two weeks. For families or singles trying to work on themselves a month between appointments is pointless. Save your time and go to someone who respects your time spent away from work to get to your appointments.

Today when I had to reschedule due to a 6 month old baby and a husband (who just got home from deployment) who is at currently at work, she told me that because I had to make my appointment two months out and now I was rescheduling she didn't think she could see me at all. This being after I did an entire two hour video call while simultaneously taking care of a baby and she told me how great I did multitasking. Do not come here. This place is ridiculous. They treat people like crap. You won't get the services you need coming here. And the attitude of the doctor you'll be seeing is trash.
