I got setup and relaxed inside my pod. If you focus on your breathing you have a better chance of remaining in the pod the whole 30 minutes. Felt like I sweated out a lake and was a little drained (pun intended) afterwards. Relaxed for a little bit and drank some more water before hearing more about the color of my toxins and the benefits of the pods - experiencing it I already understood the benefits of it. It was shortly afterwards when it hit me and I just felt really really good - I highly recommend going and giving it a try - plan it if you are so that you get the most benefit from it. Texting is their preferred method of communication thru the Klara app. They were very understanding. Came in for hormone replacement therapy. Dr Ana Morales was very thorough and personable. My massage was so relaxing, probably the most relaxing massage I've had in awhile. Pressure was perfect, stones were a nice touch, and scents used were just right and not triggering for my migraines. The room was dimly lit, relaxing soft music, love that the massage tables are warmed/heated, because I'm always freezing!
