Their border papers and print pattern 8 1/2" X 11" fit my needs to print my own ceremony programs (with very last minute changes); pre-event and post-event festivities invites in the convenience of my own home. The papers are acid-free quality and standard 8 1/2" X 11" American letterhead size, which is easy to set-up in MS Word for formatting and printing. I rate them four stars, despite of having invitation kits and stationery theme to many occassions as: wedding, baby, or various parties, MasterPiece Studios only sell to retailers not directly to consumers. Thus, their products are not easily locatable as my stationery retailers or online retailers do not carry their full line of products.

We received them with about 12 days before we needed to send the invitations. I checked the invitations and thought everything was fine. That weekend is when I noticed their mistakes that were harder to find. They forgot to our embossed initials that we paid $40 extra for. They also gave us the wrong envelope seals. The invitations were mailed back to them (overnight mail) and arrived on June 11th. I told them we needed to mail the invitations to the guests by June 18th. They made the correction, and mailed them back to me......by regular ground mail!!! Ground mail is slow! We received our invitations on June 23rd, long after the 18th. On the 23rd, we were in Canada (not home in California). We had to ask my sister pick up the invitations, assemble them, and then send them to our guests....late. Summary: In the end, the invitations looked pretty good. Note: Carlson Craft will donate 10% of your purchases to a charity through the idofoundation.org. The painful parts were Carlson Craft screwing up 3 times; with the embossing, envelope seals, and the slow ground mail delivery that made my invitations late! My sister had to assemble all of the invitations....by herself! I will never order anything from Carlson Craft again. (Overall grade: D)

Customer Service and the quality can be a hit, or miss...So knowing that there might be a chance where your order might not be perfect the 1st time around when ordered, because of Carlson Craft QC Department wasn't efficient, will save you from a lot of resentment by knowing ahead of time. The good: - They're not the best in the printing industry, but their price-point is what people want to pay. - Turn around time can be quick...as long as you don't have any re-do's! So if you're in a hurry getting your invitations and can't afford a delay, because they're might be some corrections needed...then I wouldn't go with Carlson Craft....Pay for the customer service and quality, and go with more of a reliable company such as Checkerboard, Crane, or William Arthur. - If order isn't perfect, they will re-do your order...However, you might have some work to do on explaining to CS why the order is not up to par...rather than just fixing the problem with no problem and a smile! The bad: - You would be lucky if you're order came in perfect without us having to call them because of bent corners, poor packaging for mailing, missing parts on the order, thermography wasn't consistent, or they shipped the wrong item, or didn't ship the item at all! - Again depending who you get in customer service....Sometimes they wait for their dealers to get angry before they just take care of the problem. They don't understand that we need to tell the customers a great explanation why their order is delayed without them being upset. However, Mirium in customer service is a GEM...She's willing to go far and beyond to help you. There were many times where someone in customer service wasn't willing to hear us out without denying our request, or gave us a nasty attitude about the situation, but Mirium if anything listens to her clients. So just ask for her, she definitely hold it down for having great people skills and can count on her for helping you out, and making sure your order will be on time.

I took my shower which helped a little but I still had itches. I dried off and applied my Lakota Made, put on my jammies and here I am, 10 minutes later, experiencing the most relieve I have had in a long time. However,…read morewe did not appreciate Thayer printing a few extra cards (just in case we needed them so they said) and charging us for them without our authorization. This is a rip off. I got the impression they do this to all customers so beware. If this happens to you, call them up to complain, and they'll refund the extra charge. I find this practice unethical, and next year, we'll be buying our cards from someone else.

The morning of our last day traditionally carves out some time for a presentation on the following year's conference, of which I'm on the planning committee. Since the 2025 conference will be in Boston, we decided to have a colonial theme to our presentation, which kind of explains why I went shopping for an adult sized colonial costume. And I sure found a great one from Costumes Galore! I ordered it on 6/26 and it arrived on 6/28. Fantastic service! And for just $40 plus shipping, it was pretty darned reasonable in cost. It came with five pieces - pants, a combination shirt and coat, a neck ruffle, and two shiny mock boots that fit under your foot and carry halfway up your shin. The last couple times I've gotten new paints that turned out to be excellent. I like that they have 5 different brands on hand and have a plan to add another brand. Long ago I signed up for their in house rewards program and I've used it that last several times I've gone in. The selection of games is very good. My daughter loved the Squishables. There's a big room with lots of tables where games are being played. Every staff member I've ever talked to was great and always helpful.

My "what is normal" for buildings has changed a bit after living in the NYC metro area and then later the SF Bay area. You have aisles full of the typical Walgreens stuff, drugs, makeup, stuffed animals, etc. What interested me was the aisle of food. There selection was at least as good as a gas station with a long aisle with chips, nuts, chocolates, popcorn, and dried fruit. The glass cases have drinks and even ice cream if you want to get really decadent. The bathroom is down a long hall and they have one room. I hope by the time you stop you are able to h old it for at least a minute or two because you will need it to walk all the way down the hall. The store was fairly well lit and reasonably clean. All in all a decent stopping point.

The morning cashier seems to only be nice to some people - if you're under 40, she's not going to smile or be nice to you. Everyone else here, however, has seemed super nice. Employees will stop and ask me if I need help, and are super friendly, and are willing to go out of their way to help. It's one of the better Walgreens' I've been too.
