I have had skin issues since 2016-2017. Sometimes I have to jump in the shower just to get a bit…read moreof itch relief. I hate using OTC medications because I feel they are too harsh and so much of that stuff isn't tested nearly enough (in my opinion). I had an attack today and luckily my Lakota Made came in the mail. I took my shower which helped a little but I still had itches. I dried off and applied my Lakota Made, put on my jammies and here I am, 10 minutes later, experiencing the most relieve I have had in a long time. I highly recommend Lakota Made and if you buy one jar and it doesn't work, try another blend. That's what I did. I pray for the continued success for Lakota Made as I am a customer for life.

My friends and I went to hobby lobby to get some fabric for blankets, we waited 15 minutes or more…read morefor someone to cut them it took them 2 times to get someone down there and when the lady got there she was so rude! She told us that the fabric wasn't gonna work and that they have a no return policy which I understand but she said it in the rudest way possible. She has curly brunette hair and wears glasses.

My cashier was sweet, the manager...complete opposite. I've been in this store hundreds of times…read moreand have wrote probably a dozen checks at this location. Today the check wasn't good enough for them as I have "an out of state id, an out of state bank, and a in state address." Quite frankly I should've lied and just left my address as the incorrect address on the check--but I figured I would be a Good Samaritan and write my correct address on them for verification purposes. If the manager would've been polite I wouldn't be writing a review, however I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of home projects AND products at this store before via a check and it has never been an issue. When I asked her why it didn't work today but it had worked two weeks ago when I was last in, her response was "idk it doesn't work today" and when I asked if I could write a check for a portion and a card of the other she said "nope-when you get an in state is it'll work." I get it it's a stressful season, but it was 1030 on a Monday and it's far from busy in the store. I honestly won't be coming back into this store unless my employer asks me to pick some decorations up for our store.

This is the second year that I have stopped in at this quilt store, and I have been quite delighted…read moreboth times. The store is very well lit, and has a very wide selection of fabric. I had placed an order yesterday for curbside pick (something new because of quarantine) I came…read moretoday at 4:20 pm and parked outside, we saw the workers active in the store, we assumed it was open. My calls were not going through so we sat and waited... the workers had made eye contact with us several times leaving us to sit and wonder if it was open or not. With uncertainty we drove away where we noticed 2 other workers staring at us??? This was a very uncomfortable experience... definitely going to get my products shipped to me from now on. the utilization of curbside pickup is OVER. mic drop.

My review is regarding Michael's online shopping-pick up at store. This was a very frustrating…read moreexperience. After untold amount of time and effort, was being charged shipping. So online shopping pick up at store is no better than just shipping right to customer's home. I wanted to order item and have picked up at Michael's in Mankato, MN. Site would not recognize my account, user ID, etc. nor would it let me sign up (in case of snafu). So then I tried to prepay for my order, in the Mankato store, but was told they could not take payments over the phone. Ridiculous in this day and age. I received daily emails from Michael's, so company has my email address. Also wanted me to download the Michael's app on my phone. I do not agree with Michael's privacy policy--providing all my info to other companies and entities, even including number of family members. Have all customers actually read your privacy policy? I should be able to order something without all these requirements. I finally ended up having store hold my item, while I send my sister money to go pay and pick it up. I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

We purchased our wedding invitations from Carlson Craft. We ordered invitations with a pocket to…read morehold the rsvp, directions, and other cards. We received them with about 12 days before we needed to send the invitations. I checked the invitations and thought everything was fine. That weekend is when I noticed their mistakes that were harder to find. They forgot to our embossed initials that we paid $40 extra for. They also gave us the wrong envelope seals. The invitations were mailed back to them (overnight mail) and arrived on June 11th. I told them we needed to mail the invitations to the guests by June 18th. They made the correction, and mailed them back to me......by regular ground mail!!! Ground mail is slow! We received our invitations on June 23rd, long after the 18th. On the 23rd, we were in Canada (not home in California). We had to ask my sister pick up the invitations, assemble them, and then send them to our guests....late. Summary: In the end, the invitations looked pretty good. Note: Carlson Craft will donate 10% of your purchases to a charity through the idofoundation.org. The painful parts were Carlson Craft screwing up 3 times; with the embossing, envelope seals, and the slow ground mail delivery that made my invitations late! My sister had to assemble all of the invitations....by herself! I will never order anything from Carlson Craft again. (Overall grade: D)

Ok well I'm in the industry and have worked for a company who has been a dealer for Carlson Craft…read morefor years! Customer Service and the quality can be a hit, or miss...So knowing that there might be a chance where your order might not be perfect the 1st time around when ordered, because of Carlson Craft QC Department wasn't efficient, will save you from a lot of resentment by knowing ahead of time. The good: - They're not the best in the printing industry, but their price-point is what people want to pay. - Turn around time can be quick...as long as you don't have any re-do's! So if you're in a hurry getting your invitations and can't afford a delay, because they're might be some corrections needed...then I wouldn't go with Carlson Craft....Pay for the customer service and quality, and go with more of a reliable company such as Checkerboard, Crane, or William Arthur. - If order isn't perfect, they will re-do your order...However, you might have some work to do on explaining to CS why the order is not up to par...rather than just fixing the problem with no problem and a smile! The bad: - You would be lucky if you're order came in perfect without us having to call them because of bent corners, poor packaging for mailing, missing parts on the order, thermography wasn't consistent, or they shipped the wrong item, or didn't ship the item at all! - Again depending who you get in customer service....Sometimes they wait for their dealers to get angry before they just take care of the problem. They don't understand that we need to tell the customers a great explanation why their order is delayed without them being upset. However, Mirium in customer service is a GEM...She's willing to go far and beyond to help you. There were many times where someone in customer service wasn't willing to hear us out without denying our request, or gave us a nasty attitude about the situation, but Mirium if anything listens to her clients. So just ask for her, she definitely hold it down for having great people skills and can count on her for helping you out, and making sure your order will be on time.

Their border papers and print pattern 8 1/2" X 11" fit my needs to print my own ceremony programs (with very last minute changes); pre-event and post-event festivities invites in the convenience of my own home. The papers are acid-free quality and standard 8 1/2" X 11" American letterhead size, which is easy to set-up in MS Word for formatting and printing. I rate them four stars, despite of having invitation kits and stationery theme to many occassions as: wedding, baby, or various parties, MasterPiece Studios only sell to retailers not directly to consumers. Thus, their products are not easily locatable as my stationery retailers or online retailers do not carry their full line of products.
