My Sales Executive, Sara Hansen, did a phenomenal job and showed me a number of gorgeous timepieces, and Bryce Melius was incredibly helpful as well. They took the extra effort to learn about me and my lifestyle so they could recommend the proper items to me, not just what they wanted to "sell" to me. I really appreciated that. I was so impressed with their knowledge, communication, and hospitality that while I was on my second visit I actually decided to buy two watches from Sara. I have yet to take delivery of the pieces, but will be sure to update this review with my experiences once I have them on hand, or wrist. Here they sized it for me and also were so honest and told me about the risk of changing the size. They gave me valuable information about this type of metal, it has a history of loosing stones eventually bc it is a soft metal. Also, when the size is changed bc of the design of my ring, it may then rub on the sides of my other fingers bc it will be brought down more to get the correct size. I got it sized. They did a beautiful job and I am glad they were so honest. Hard to find that in companies any more. Everyone was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this business.

When my ring arrived it was beautiful, we took it to our local Zales store to be sized. From my very first experience with the store manager Tom was a nightmare. He was rude, condescending, and less than helpful in anyway. After finally having to argue with him to get my ring taken care of, it was almost two months before I called to follow up. No one bothered to call us to let us know that my was ring was ready for pick up. Again, our experience with Tom who is the store manager was nothing short of disgusting customer service. Yesterday my daughter and I swung by the store to have my rings checked for their six months based on the diamond warranty. We had my grandchildren with so my daughter just ran into the store. Without knowing my daughter dealt with Tom as well who was rude and completely disrespectful to her. After she came out to the car I went into the store to simply take care of it myself. He was rude, disrespectful and how this man still has a job in service that demands high customer service is beyond me. I have dealt with him on three separate occasion and each time he was nothing but disgusting. This was my first and my last experience with Zales. I will not do business with a company that finds employing people with less than adequate customer service skill ok. Tom basically told me that I could take my business elsewhere. This store will not stay open with service with such as his.
