Very professional. Jim (owner) was out to our house within a couple of days. He worked around our schedule to fix our washing machine. He found the problem immediately and came back later to fix it. While fixing it, and having it torn apart, he discovered a larger problem and told me about it immediately. He was honest about the price of the needed part and offered to install it at the original labor estimate, but let us know a new one would be just about as cheap. He also told me we could set up payment arrangements if it wasn't in our budget right now. It is so hard to find honest, reliable businesses and he is one. I highly recommend! read more

Our appointment scheduling time was very quick, which was really nice. In addition, Jim (owner/technician) already had the notes my husband had provided over the phone. He went right to work on our dishwasher going through possible problems. After trouble shooting and solving the problem, we came out better than before and at a reasonable price. Our refrigerator stopped working overnight. I submitted a service request through the website in the morning and I was contacted within 30 minutes. They squeezed me in that morning to diagnosis the problem and were willing to have a frank discussion about the pros and cons of a repair versus replacement due to the age of the refrigerator. In the end, I decided to move forward with the repair. Again, they were able to squeeze us in at the end of that same day to complete the repair. I had them out today to look at my 3 yr old LG fridge that stopped freezing. From my initial call to saying goodbye to the tech I found them very professional and pleasant to work with. They actually took the time to work through a warranty claim on the compressor so the whole thing cost me nothing. They didn't need to do this since they would have got paid either way, but they did. 2 gentlemen arrived on time and repaired our double wall oven. They diagnosed the issue a couple weeks prior to the repairs. They where very careful when removing the oven doors and placed them on padded blankets to protect the doors and my floors.
