Two men came and refused to do the first job - connect an icemaker hose to my fridge - because we had "too much food" and they couldn't move the fridge to get behind. They didn't even notice that my model has a pre-installed connector and can be hooked up without being moved. So I did it myself. The second job was to diagnose a dryer that showed power lights on, but wouldn't start. They correctly identified the door switch as the problem, and replaced it for $79 in parts cost, labor extra. Mighty fancy little switch at $79. But when they left, the dryer outlet hose was disconnected from the wall vent. So I did it myself. I won't bore you any further. Go look up somebody else. This firm is unreliable, overpriced, and incompetent. Or - Just do it yourself.

David from All Brand Appliance is, hands down, the best appliance technician we've worked with. He…read morerecently repaired our GE front-load washer, tracking down a stubborn control board issue that had it stalling mid-cycle, and, as always, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. He can handle any appliance you throw at him, and he genuinely knows how to source the right parts without overcharging you for the privilege. What really sets David apart is his transparency. He laid out both options for us upfront: order the part online for less, or get it locally for a bit more, and let us decide with zero pressure either way. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. This isn't the first time he's come through for us either. He's fixed several other appliances in our home over the past few years, and every single visit has been the same: clear communication from start to finish, fair and reasonable pricing, and the job done right the first time. If you want a technician you can actually trust in your home, ask for David at All Brand Appliance. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars.

I have been in the repair business for close to 30-years. I previously worked at Mr Appliance of Durham/Chapel Hill. For close to 4-years. I left that job because of the price hikes and overall customer satisfaction. Corporate America can really take you to the "ringer" when it comes to repair folks. I think everyone knows this. Enter in Pro Appliance. I have been working for this company just shy of two months. In the almost 30-years I have worked, I have worked for numerous companies that just didn't care about anything but "$". Facts! I have never worked for a company with as much integrity as the people that work here. That's just being honest. I will tell you this, stay away from Mr Appliance of Durham/Chapel Hill. You WILL be over charged for your repair. That's not to say "every" Mr Appliance is the same way. Just know, when you're dealing with "corporate" America? They care about "$". Pro Appliance has a good reputation because of the traditional way customer service is down. Period!

He thought is was "probably" the control board (an $800 nonrefundable part). I did NOT demand a full refund. I wanted the $70, charged for a part (thermostat) that was not needed (and was the wrong part anyway.) I became quite frustrated and hung up because Aaron was incredibly rude and condescending and had stated categorically there would be no refund at all. I didn't threaten -- I told him I would share my experience with this company, which I did.
