Our current Frig.is a special order size and over 25 years old.Cory made the case to try and save it because it is so much better built ( insulation + fewer bells and whistles to go bad ) than newer appliances.It took two trips to fix the problem .The necessary part did NOT come with instructions and was put in wrong initially.Cody gave us a number to call him if we had any problems and we did.That was the only hiccup and out frig is now working great. A replacement Frig.( bottom line variety) was going to be over a thousand dollars, counting a warranty.We learned that current appliances are made so poorly that in a 25 year period Lowes has gone from giving 90 days to return a Frig to TWO days ( Lowes will give you 30 days if you put it on their credit card). So we are happy we kept the older refrigerator despite the hiccup with the part.We lost some food but there is a good chance that would have happened anyway.Recently a relative lost a lot of food while waiting on the installation of a new frig.while in a similar situation. The people answering CAS's phones were nice.They got us on the schedule quickly when the first attempt did not work out .Bottom line:We would use again and we would ask for Cody.

Don showed up near the beginning of the time window he gave me and let me know when he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and an hour later (which included a trip to get a part at a shop) my incredibly loud dryer was back to it's old quiet self!
