We hired Reality Executives to manage our home and are absolutely horrible property managers. Taunya was our property manager and she is extremely inefficient and a terrible communicator. She told us on a number of occasions of their services, what was included and what was not included in their monthly fees, come to find out she later tells us that she never stated. She continued to tell us that she was a professional and that she would take care of everything. We had window washers scheduled before she took over the management. She told us to cancel with the window washers, because it was all covered in the monthly commission. She hired her own window washer and they ended up billing us being 50.00 more than the people that we had booked. I told her that she stated that it was covered under the monthly management fee, and she said that she never said that. I asked the wife if I had mis understood how Taunya represented the service, and she said absolutely not and that she understood as I did, exactly how Taunya had presented it. Another example was that I told Taunya not to send her landscape person to the site, because we had someone that had been taking care of the property for years. She never cancelled the order, so both landscape people showed up and they both ended up charging us. So we ended up paying double for the yard service. Upon the tenant move out she refunded the entire security deposit, come to find out the tenant had burned the carpets and damage the build in desk. She missed both items. The carpets were brand new so it had zero damage prior to this tenant. The damaged carpet was so obvious that it was the first thing we saw upon entering the room. Yet she missed it and returned the entire deposit. Getting in touch with her was very difficult. I had complained to one of the owners, Lori Jenkins. At first she sounded interested, however as the problems persisted, she finally said that Taunya is on the property management side of the business and she runs it as she fits. At that point it was time to move on, so after 1 yr fraught with mis communications, extra expenses and frustrations from top management down with the worst property management service that we've ever experienced, we decided to move on to a much more responsive and professional management service. I can't really think of anything positive to convey about their property management service, other than the one thing that they were really good about was that they made sure that they got their commission every month. Good luck if you employ this company as your property management company. I hope your results will be better than what we experienced. read more
