It is a small shop and it is usually crammed with motorized toys in various states of repair. However, when your stuff is broken, a gearhead is what you need. And, they will not fleece you, even though they probably could. If it is expensive, it is because it was difficult. I have been quoted more and charged less because it was easier than they expected. My toys live up north but after a few bad experiences I now drag them back here for repair and maintenance. After all, there are no tow trucks in the woods.

Full service location that services what they sell. Today was their grand opening. Well organized, a great selection of vehicles, and accessories. The store is well staffed and they are open every day of the week. I was impressed with the diversity of vehicles and was looking specifically at the more balanced vehicles (4 wheels) as I have a balance issue. Easily accessible location, friendly knowledgeable folk, and easy to find a restaurant to eat at afterwards as it is close to many restaurants nearby.

WOW ZERO customer service and ZERO integrity. The only reason they are still in business is because there is no other dealership close. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR and drive the extra distance because not all dealerships are created equal. Try FOXES in Owen Sound or MACKIES in Oshawa, or Peterborough. Go anywhere but to Barrie! These other dealerships understand customer service and won't exploit you! This happened in September 2018. Still haven't gotten a call to discuss my bill...... A quick call in netted me a properly scheduled appointment with a callback to insure that it was to be maintained. They offer a 35 point inspection on all work done, insuring that the customer knows of any shortcomings on their bikes when receiving it from them. They'll often times negotiate with suppliers to find the best price on the highest quality products, and the technician will even come out of their shop to go in depth with you regarding potential issues with your bike that may arise. I really recommend this shop. The only real issue I have with it is that it's usually pretty booked up, so it's always good to arrange an appointment a couple weeks in advance.
