I had been at my goal weight for a few years and didn't feel like OTF gave me enough time with the weights to build up my muscles. I met one of the owners, Lance, when I took my son for a Speed & Agility class and we talked about how I was looking to build muscle to not only protect my joints but also to gain more strength. I scheduled an intro class with him the following week and then decided to cancel my OTF membership to switch to Treigned because I knew it was going to be more challenging and a better environment for me. I originally told Lance that I try to work out 2-3 times a week because I have kids' activities the other days and I play soccer on Sundays. That only lasted about a month and now I go almost every day. You are given a workout each day to follow but Lance or one of the other trainers are always there with you to give you modifications or substitutions if you want to target a different area that day. It is almost like having a personal trainer each time but you also get the camaraderie of the other members in your sessions. The music isn't super loud so you can actually converse and build relationships and a community that makes you want to come workout every day. As for my goals, I have built a lot more muscle and have actually lost 7 more pounds that have stayed off. The best part is that this place doesn't have to be just for you. They have kids (as young as 5 years old) training in there as well. Some are doing weights and others are doing Speed and Agility. So, if you are interested in showing your children a healthy lifestyle or want to improve their performance in athletics, you can bring them here and get in a workout yourself while they train. It becomes a family event :) If your goal is to lose weight, come to Treigned. If your goal is to gain weight/muscle, come to Treigned. If your goal is to maintain your weight/muscle, come to Treigned. If your goal is to get motivation for a healthy lifestyle, go to Treigned. If your goal is to get your whole family healthy, come to Treigned. Honestly, this place is flexible and will help you achieve any of your goals.

Truth Fitness is my 1st experience where I got a sculpted workout tailored to my body type. It's professional yet flexible for my schedule. I knew I would need someone who kept me personally accountable without bullying me into fitness. I got lucky because Vincent is intuitive & patient in a way that doesn't let me wimp out. The routine starts the same; few minutes of cardio to get my heart rate going....then we move around the gym rotating a variety of new focused exercises. He shows me a move & tells me how many reps to do. If I can exceed that number he challenges me to add a few more; if I'm about to fall out he slows me down. No risk for catastrophic muscle failure.... Worth every penny from a girl that would rather buy champagne before being introduced to Truth!

If you see a special deal on Groupon or other coupon website, don't bother with this gym. I bought…read morea Groupon for $100-worth of classes and owner changed his story 3 times as to how many classes for which it could be used. He also didn't respond to my last email asking about the original amount he told me, even though I provided documentation from initial email. It seemed very unprofessional and I felt I wasn't treated well just because I had a Groupon, when I was using that Groupon with the intention of potentially joining the gym if I liked it. I looked forward to joining because from what I've heard there is great camaraderie among Crossfit-goers. Definitely won't be doing that! If you're willing to pay full-price for a membership here maybe you'll have a better experience, but I'd think twice before taking advantage of the Yelp deal they're advertising right now.

Something kept telling me crossfit. But not being able to walk a flight of stairs without dying, I thought "what a silly idea". Met a crossfit Bound member in a Dr. Office waiting room and she began to tell me about this place. She encouraged me to give it a try, and I was hooked after my first training session. I met Jimmy Nixon, one of there wonderful trainers and members. We trained for months then he encouraged me to join the classes and become part of the community. Still overweight and struggling I reluctantly went to a group class. All I can say is that it was nothing like I expected . Some of the fittest people I have ever seen in my life were right next to me encouraging me through my workouts. Its a truly amazing place. I continued my personal training with Jimmy and now through this pandemic enjoying their online programming. It has been an amazing ride. I am now down 60lbs, can bench 135, squat 200, deadlift 250 and still complain about burpees! If your searching for a home gym, or like myself and need a answer to prayer. You will find it here.
