The facility is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a wide range of equipment for all fitness levels. What really stands out, though, is the coaching staff. The coaches/ trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about your progress. They are always friendly and quick to assist with any questions. Beginning with Archie's, "it would be an honor to assist with achieving your fitness and nutritional goals" persona; it trickles down to all of V Fit's staff. I've consistently participated in the CrossFit classes which are both fun and challenging. Lastly and most importantly is the incredible sense of community. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly faces and people who genuinely care about each other's progress. The members here are supportive and motivating, and it feels more like a group of friends than a typical gym. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, everyone encourages each other, and the trainers make it a point to help you reach your goals without any judgment. The V hosts regular social events, from member challenges to weekend hikes, which help build connections outside of just working out. I've met so many great people here and it's easy to see why so many people keep coming back. Overall, I'm really happy with my membership and would highly recommend. Truth Fitness is my 1st experience where I got a sculpted workout tailored to my body type. It's professional yet flexible for my schedule. I knew I would need someone who kept me personally accountable without bullying me into fitness. I got lucky because Vincent is intuitive & patient in a way that doesn't let me wimp out. The routine starts the same; few minutes of cardio to get my heart rate going....then we move around the gym rotating a variety of new focused exercises. He shows me a move & tells me how many reps to do. If I can exceed that number he challenges me to add a few more; if I'm about to fall out he slows me down. No risk for catastrophic muscle failure.... Worth every penny from a girl that would rather buy champagne before being introduced to Truth!

My experience in the past…read morewith Crossfit is that they are very picky as to your fitness level, so I wanted to make sure this was a welcoming place for beginners. The person who greeted me informed me that the classes were for all fitness levels and it is for all ages. I was told to come with my daughter, who they also said was welcome, so that we could try it out. Once I got to the class, we were separated from the other class members (was told classes were at your pace) in a private session. In the end, I was told my daughter, who is turning 12, was too young and could only do private sessions, and I should also do private sessions for at least 6 classes (for us both, this would be over $160 a session). I see they have happy customers, but I am sure they all must have come in fit or done their private sessions as suggested. I would not recommend this place if you are starting your fitness journey. You can get private training at a gym and some of the more beginning-level-welcoming CrossFit gyms. If CrossFit is your sport of choice and EX is the closest to your house, I am sure they will welcome you in once you are all fit and ready for their classes. In my case, a place that says I am welcome but treats my fitness level like a problem will never get any of my money

I am an experience 'CrossFitter' and have dropped in to other places while travelling, and I have never felt as welcome as I did here. Gordon the owner/coach and all of his staff were knowledgeable, helpful and made everyone there feel awesome. I dropped in four days in a row and even did Yoga for the first time after the WOD on the fourth day. The facility is a good size, certainly not tiny, but not too open/big. It was organized and very clean, obvious that they maintain the place well. Thanks for the great hospitality CrossFit EX! I will definitely drop in again if in town.

The class was fun but very challenging, and if you are a competitive person, this is definitely the right place for you. He incorporates Pilates, yoga, meditation, and more in his workouts. He is focused on strength building and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm learning so much patience with these workouts because it's not the hurry up and get it done. It's the slow and steady type that really helps build the strength.
