We are about 1 month into training now. I can honestly say that I feel the best I have felt in a very long time! I am much obliged to Coach Troy for pulling me out of my rut & helping me look forward to Boxing Training every week day morning when I wake up. I now have more energy than I've had in a long time and I'm much stronger now. I am finally on my way back to honing my Boxing skills. Not to mention getting back in good shape. I've also never attended the gym so much in my life. I go six days a week and the personal attention and detailed instruction will keep me there for many months to come. Every coach is very knowledgeable and friendly and make me really enjoy this place. I especially love that I am learning moves that could help me in real world situations. I love that so much that I signed my son up as well. I used to pay $80 a month for 2 classes a week for a local martial arts class. But here I pay less than that for unlimited classes and feel confident that he too is learning realistic self defense that can be used against anyone trying to harm him vs. moves that he could only use if the person attacking him was a student of that same type of martial arts. And if boxing, mma, kickboxing, or jujitsu are not your thing... the boot camp classes are very intense. Appropriately named the "Sweat class" Update*** new classes have been added!! The members here are supportive and motivating, and it feels more like a group of friends than a typical gym. I was a member of X3 for a year, but I went to the west midtown location. I took a year off to…read moretravel and I just rejoined the other day, with this being my main location. I took my first class 2 days ago and even though I've done it before, I'm still SO sore! The instructor told us that someone in one of this previous classes had been wearing a heart rate monitor and they'd burned 850 calories in the hour long class. That's nuts! I'm definitely a fan of this location over the West Marietta one since it's much bigger! There's a lot more equipment to just come in and lift weights if I can't make it into any of the classes, which I love. Overall I'm super happy with my decision to join this gym again!

The classes have transformed my body image…read more I was working out a lot before joining D&M Fitness but the classes took me to the next level and I am in the best shape of my life. I hit a plateau a couple of months ago and decided to change up my workout and joined the D&M Fitness Kickboxing group classes and it has been outstanding. I feel awesome and I am getting comments about how tone I am becoming. Additionally I did not know anyone when I joined but the instructors made me feel like part of the family and welcomed me with open arms and I they met me at my level.
