The coaches do a great job of encouraging the kiddos and helping them along the way. In the meantime younger classes parents are participating with the kids. Older classes are independent. They change the courses every week so you don't have the same class over again. Classes during the week aren't too busy but weekends are slammed! The memberships are a little pricey but we appreciate the structure, confidence and discipline it instills.
