They were always considerate and thoughtful and although Sagecrest may have had some negative reviews in the past, we have not experienced that at all. I can…read morepossibly understand and deal with poor work ethics and dishonesty when buying furniture, hiring an electrician etc., but I will not put up with it when faced with one of the most important decisions one can make...placement of a loved one in a nursing facility. The beauty of the place matters not when the administrators exhibit the poorest of business practices. If this is what the leaders are like, one can only guess what the employees, that they supervise, are like. A simple call to the cell phone (listed on her business card) of the Admissions Director is a prime example of the total lack of professionalism..... "You know who it is....leave a message." Actually,this outgoing voice message belongs on the phone of a silly 16yo, not someone I would trust to care for my mother. This woman, along with the Marketing Director, should be embarrassed to be drawing a paycheck for what they do, which is a very short list compared to a list of things they don't do. I have the impression that Sagecrest feels medical necessities take a vacation, along with themselves, over a holiday weekend because they were more concerned with getting out of work than returning phone calls in a timely manner. I guess I can be thankful that their ineptness resulted us into going elsewhere. Shame on Sagecrest!!!!!

I am deeply saddened by this experience, as I had waited for years to discuss with someone issues that I felt I had inside of me at this point I will let them remain inside. Tina Richardson, LPCC is one of this people. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Especially if you are having to find, as I did, competent mental health care.
