However, the front desk or whomever makes the appointments to me are rude. They scheduled me twice without my knowledge until I received the texts. When I called on both occasions, the lady who answers the phone the first time told me she'd have to see if the PT wants to drop my case and I'd have to start over. The second time she asks, "are you still interested in PT", obviously I am but when they're making my appointments without my consent and I have to reschedule is frustrating. Then to throw that case dropping crap is annoying. How is it one's fault? I'm contemplating on looking for another PT around town.

On the 15th (three working days ahead of the appt. ) I was contacted to reschedule further out yet and they had the wrong diagnosis on their computer. I made an appt. with another facility and told Fysical to pound sand. I can't comment on quality of care since I couldn't get any care.

Dr. Hesser will try certain tactics to scare you into his Decompression machine which cost about 1800 for 12 visits and they did absolutely nothing for me because my issues were muscular not spinal, which he insisted they were. The PT is a joke, you can train yourself better at home. And if someone did not show up to work for Massage therapy you lose a full body message which insurance pays for anyways. The staff are overwhelmed and overworked so they are in a bad mood. Its literally a cattle farm of patients. Its like a greedy waiter trying to rotate their tables so they can make more tips etc.

ATRIUM PHYSICAL THERAPY in my opinion is the way to go for anyone who is looking for a great therapist. I have been to different therapist around the Las Cruces area and by far this is the best choice. The environment is welcoming and warm and friendly all the therapist are highly knowledgeable and caring to all your needs they are very much team player they make it fun I can truly say I am amazed at how awesome they all are I actually look forward to going to my appointments. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes they ready and prepare to get you going which is wonderful. So I give ATRIUM a FIVE STAR rating. I have worked with Dennis at Atrium to deal with three different injuries and can say absolutely he is the best! You receive individual attention whether it be from Dennis or his assistants. There is no wasted time waiting for instruction as I have experienced from other facilities. From the minute you walk in the door you are working. The other unique aspect of the practice is the interaction between staff and patients. It is a very family oriented practice and you end up cheering one another toward the finish line which is an encouraging and positive experience. When I go in for my sessions I feel like I'm visiting with friends. The staff is so nice and caring there. I also love that the therapist care about your goals and what you to achieve and that they will go out of their way to help you achieve them they really listen to what you want to achieve and come up with the best way possible to achieve your goals.
