    You can tell it's a small operation and personally that's what I wanted when I started looking for a new car. We wanted something heavy and reputable, and settled on a VW Touareg. Everyone here was personable and quick to reply, we were able to handle almost everything but the physical signatures remotely. So this meant we were in and out in just over an hour! They detailed the VW beautifully. It was a 2015 but damn it smelled like it was straight off a VW lot. We spoke with the owner while staff handled all the logistics. Talking to him was pretty great, he had good conversation. We were tired from work and the hour drive to the dealership and he kept the spirits up. Matthew was pretty much our handler and he was fantastic. Dasha handled the legal and title ends, and she was candid and quick! Do not ONLY follow the bad reviews on Yelp. I read them the other day and honestly I got a pit in my stomach. I did my due diligence and looked on Google reviews, and THAT IS WHERE I saw the reviews that reflected my own experience. Do not be disillusioned... this is a humble corner car dealership, but one that has been established through good staff. I don't know how long they've been there but the owner has been in the business for a long time and is passionate about vehicles. Don't expect to be walking into a massive lot & office with suits and high heels that try to gouge you. These guys are casual, they're on our level, and they sell you what YOU agree to. They work with terrible credit as surely as they do with great credit. I have zero doubt my car will prove itself to be in great condition but I will update the review in the future should any issues arrive. But getting home tonight, this young family is incredibly satisfied, and I will be recommending this dealership to friends in this area. Don't knock this place because of its humble appearance!

    I saw this silver Range Rover at this car dealership and fell in love with it. Matt and his dad totally looked after me I was so pleased how they arranged the finances and set it all up. I would highly recommend this company for a great vehicle and I would not hesitate to buy another one in the future. Thank you guys!!

After clarification, they credited the account and adjusted the rate back. Shortly after that, I received an email stating they had not received prior insurance documentation despite the fact that it had already been submitted on January 20. I had to speak with four different customer service representatives before they finally located the documents. I was told the rate would be corrected back to the agreed amount. Two weeks passed and nothing was adjusted. Due to the repeated billing inconsistencies and lack of follow-through, I canceled the policy before the next payment due date (the 20th) and switched providers. After canceling, I received an email stating I owed a balance related to automatic draft cancellation. This entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. Clear communication, accurate documentation handling, and consistent billing are fundamental expectations when purchasing insurance. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.

He did a visual inspection and test drive it and it seemed fine. It was getting dark and close to closing time so he didn't inspect underneath. Later that same night it came to his attention that the frame was rusted and rotted away in multiple locations. The frame rail was cracked in half. The shocks were just hanging because the mounts were completely gone. the wheel wells were rotted away. Went back to the dealership the next day and Alex the owner acknowledged the damage and claimed to have a "guy" who could fix the frame and he even offered to pay for repairs. He handed my boyfriend his business card with the contact information of the repair guy. Later that day he tried calling this repair guy and left messages and never got a response. Sent Alex a text the next day and he ignored his message also. Currently we are starting the legal process to try and get our $5000 back. It's a shame this place is still in business. They have been ripping people off for years. Just don't. No matter how desperate you are. Don't. You've been warned. Oh and let's not forget the 15 or so times they have been sued in court since 2019!

The store itself is big, clean, and beautiful. The showroom is filled with cars to admire. Then there's an amazing waiting area with a complimentary water, a complimentary coffee and hot chocolate machine, a vending machine for snacks, and even complimentary popcorn! The decor in the area is beautiful. You can relax on the comfy seats, or sit down at the stand and get some work done while waiting on your car.     I am writing this review only to warn prospective buyers. They wanted to charge $999 for Cilajet…read moreceramic coating that they said was already sprayed on the vehicle I wanted to get and was done so on the morning of my visit. 1. According to what I was told, this dealership spray this coating on all their vehicles and both buyers and leasers have to pay this $999 fee which cannot be declined. Come to find out, other dealerships spray ceramic coating on their cars and do not charge anything for it and will charge the customers who want the warranty for it. What does not make sense is forcing customers to pay for something they did not choose to get or if you leased a car. 2. If you research Cilajet coating, you will see that this coating has to set (cure) for at least 48 hrs and preferably 2 weeks after the coating has been applied before being exposed to the elements and if according to the salesperson I dealth with, this coating was applied on the vehicle I wanted to get on the morning of the sale, so how did the coating have a chance to cure before I take it home and this winter it has been brutal! Also, according to my experience, if you lease a car here, they might round your first lease payment up to the amount you have agreed to pay monthly even if the amount of that first lease to be paid up front should have been less. Upon pointing it out to them, they said it is because of their computer system and that they are fully aware of this error. Despite knowing this error, they did not tell me of this overcharge until it was pointed out to them. I feel like you really need to know what you are doing before you lease/buy a vehicle from this dealership, well, I guess from any dealership, but, mostly this one, you need to really have your guard up, need to really scrutinise all the numbers and to do your research. I feel like the agent I had to deal with knew what to say to lull you into thinking that she was watching out for you, that she was working her hardest to make sure that she got you the best deal but at the end of the day I feel like she did the opposite. On a happy note, I did get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership 3 months later (after much self-educating myself on how not to get ripped off at a car dealership) and I got a MUCH BETTER deal with almost $6K rebates right off the MSRP of $54K before I even stepped into the building, no begging and no surprise charges. I told them exactly what I was willing to pay after having researched what a dealership is willing to work with on this vehicle I wanted and if they can't work with that then I will not enter the building. For this purchase, I even got the dealership to take $25 off the monthly payment after having decided on the final take home price. And I got the ceramic coating for free as I did not choose to get the warranty. And I got the powertrain warranty for the life of the vehicle free of charge. The salesman I dealt with was a very nice, practical guy who didn't push the sale, he told me everything I needed to know and if he did not have the answer for my questions, he found out the answer for me. The finance manager got me the deal I asked for ( the $25/month off after the final amount was bargained for) and I got $100 (in the form of discount on the total amount) for dinner because I had to wait so long to sign the contract due to them being so busy. Mostly though, I did not feel like I was forced into getting things I did not want and I did not feel like I was hoodwinked. Very happy with my purchase elsewhere.
