Unfortunately, almost everything after the sale was frustrating. Communication was consistently poor. I repeatedly had to contact the company for updates instead of receiving them proactively. Although Taelyn responded to emails and apologized at times, getting clear answers about scheduling was difficult throughout the project. The biggest issue occurred on my scheduled installation day. I took time off expecting the crew to arrive, but no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call several times before learning the crew was delayed on another project. I was first told they would arrive that afternoon, only to later learn they weren't coming at all. Delays happen, but customers should be informed instead of having to chase updates. Even after the installation was complete, I had to request my final invoice for two days before receiving a payment link. Shortly after paying, I received a request to leave a review. The fence itself deserves five stars. My two-star rating reflects the company's communication and project management. If those had matched the quality of the installation crew, this would have been a completely different review.

The representative came out within a day and gave me a quote. I was so impressed with the service that I called again within a month to replace the other side of my yard fence. It was a chain link fence which are hard to find companies to install. They replace both my neighbor's gates as well (one wood and one chain link) as they were attached to the original fences being replaced. My neighbors were happy. I have since had storm damage to one side of the fence. They were out in one day after looking at the fence to repair. It is amazing how the fence looks. It looks like there was never any damage. I will definitely recommend Coop for service and price. Thank you, Sean, for your great service. The Stackhouse

I had found this company by spotting their sign on a fence in my neighborhood. That fence looked…read morecrisp and well constructed, so I gave them a call. I did want something fresh and updated since the fence it was replacing had been about as plain as fence could be. The owner of the company is the one that came to design and quote. He was friendly and creative. We designed a horizontal fence with a multi height design since it goes uphill. The price quote was very reasonable so I signed up and a couple of weeks later I had a beautiful fence in place. They built it in about 4 hours. I will admit I was a bit worried as my tulips were sprouting right in front of where the fence goes. They were very careful and the tulips survived!

The worst experience ever. Vince was very personable but he sent two teenagers to build my deck…read more They would come for a few hours here and there. I never knew when IF they were going to show up. They did not know what a ruler or level were. Nor could they cut a straight edge. All the supports were different distances apart, not vertically straight at all. The left no overhang and all boards were cut flush with the edges so Vince said he could put a trim along the edges To cover the lattice edge. The material they used for the deck was not pressure treated and warped after the first rain. The stairs were not level and too short for the drop and were too narrow for the railings to line up with the support posts. They sloped forward and were dangerous to walk down When Vince saw that it had to be redone he never showed up again. I paid him extra to finish but he never showed back up or responded to any of my calls. They left a huge pile of wood scraps and debris in the front yard and general trash, water, energy drinks, pop cans, snack wrappers and fast food trash everywhere. I had a second contractor have to redo everything and I had to pay twice! DO NOT HIRE HIM! Waste of money!
