I hired Vince to install 2 double gates into an existing fence Vince rarely showed up when he said. He made 2 gates for an existing fence but didn't smooth out the sharp edges of the gates. I have cut myself twice on them. He just half assed this job. The gates don't line up they don't have latches to keep them shut. He brought a piece of chain to use as a latch. Very unprofessional. I need some concrete done, but won't hire Vince for that I'm scared it would crumble right away. read more

He was 2 weeks late to start & never once reached out to us to let us know. He never got a permit like he had said he was going to do. We had no idea until the city reached out to us stating the fence is not in compliance with the zoning code regarding fences in residential zoning districts (3 different sections). We called him after receiving our 1st letter. He then months later after we received a 2nd letter came by & said he got a permit & paid a fine that everything was resolved. We have been nothing but patient with him to the point that my mother reached out to Vince and that is when he showed up with the permit finally, but still hasn't fixed anything. We received a 3rd letter after that. I spoke with the city planner and he said Vince received the permit in agreeance that he would fix all the issues not up to code. I have messaged on multiple occasions & it is the same run around. We set a date and time and he never shows. Communication is key. He also told us our fence came with a 5 year warranty and doesn't stand by it. We have had nothing but issues with our fence since it got put up. Our gates are falling apart and the bolts were put in cockeyed causing the boards to crack. The boards being bowed have caused the fence not to latch. He always says that it is an easy fix and sets up a time to fix it but never shows. We had to glue spots to hold the gates together. He sent 2 guys once & they fixed stuff half way. They spent more time pointing out things to me that were done wrong. At this point I wish we would've never gotten the fence because we have had nothing but issues since we got it. Issues that should've been avoided and we paid Vince Anderson an extra $500. As he kept changing the price. We never should of as the contract was written out for $7,500 not $8,000. He stated over the phone he drove by & already looked at the fence & pointed out to us what the issues are & said he would fix them & the issues with the city at the same time. I reached to him tell him to reach out to me when he had a chance so I could explain to him what the city wanted fixed. He left me on read. He still has yet to show up. It's always excuse after excuse. Our big gate doesn't latch. The wind blows it open. At this point I'm done reaching out to him it's a waste of time. He is good at talking and making things seem great but all that comes out of his mouth are lies. When inquiring about getting the fence installed he was very responsive that all changed once we set a date and he got his down payment. We allowed him to put two business signs on our fence, but we took them off because we will NOT promote him or his business. We entrusted that he would send people that knew what they were doing & install a good quality fence for our kids to be safe in and one that our dog can't get out of not one that is falling apart everywhere. Instead you sent two guys the day of installation who weren't employed by you; one that was training & one that doesn't do fences he remodels houses. Do NOT hire this company! We hired Vince to do our privacy fence cause he is family of my husband's family. He came right away to give us a bid and to start the fence. We had to have them redo one gate door because there was a huge gap. The other two doors needed fixed and I repeatedly messaged and called him. The only thing I got is that he would send the guys out to fix it. Still didn't hear from anyone. So I messaged again and got the same reply. All of the bottoms of the plank started to curl up ONE week after they put it up. And the planks are not straight at all. I have repeatedly messaged him and nothing is being done. I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT! He also said he was giving us a deal cause we were family of his family. I typically would never write a negative review ... .but if I could save someone even half of the trouble we've gone through, it's worth it! We reached out to Vince Anderson and his girlfriend Megan DeAnn, the owners of Fence and Concrete Masters in August of 2022. We planned to have an inground pool installed in September by Clark Concrete (AMAZING). The pool was installed September 19th with another contractor, 120 feet of retaining walls completed by October 6th. Vince with "Fence and Concrete Masters" & his son-in-law, Cody Perry, owner of "No Limit Construction Crew" was contracted for additional concrete around the pool/pool deck, "cool deck" overlay colored to go over the existing concrete around the pool, custom pergola, fencing, and new railing around the deck. He came to us before Christmas and asked us to pay him so he could pay his guys before even one job was completed. After discussing this, we decided to go ahead and pay the remaining amount since it was right before Christmas. He also requested cash and we agreed. So not only did we pay before he was done....like 5 months before he quit without finishing. Thank goodness for our other contractors and their willingness to help us finish. To date, he has not finished the fence, the railing, the caps.....he left the overlay incomplete and refuses to come back to finish anything. We went without railing on our deck and around a 12 foot drop off on our driveway for 8 months.....we used a fence panel as a gate for 8 months. The concrete around the pool is completely stamped in some areas and not at all in others. He splattered concrete all over our new retaining walls. The stamped concrete is multiple different colors....not intentionally different colors and is already cracked in multiple areas. The overlay was supposed to be a consistent color and texture.....it is drastically different and there is no way to cover it up. The white portion of our pool is scratched and dyed from the colored overlay that ran into the pool that they just left. There are many, many areas on the white pool rim itself that have paint tape that will not come up, scratches galore, and concrete mix stuck to it. We have tried everything and the pool rim is completely ruined. We also paid them $8,000 for a custom pergola but ended up buying pre-made kits (another $7,000 out of pocket) because he refused to give us any materials he stated he purchased. Three weeks ago, he came to us and said we owe him more money because "the concrete got bigger, the fence doubled in size, and I'm not working for free!" We pulled up our contracts and had another contractor measure to be sure.....our contract says 450 feet of fencing, we have 424 feet. As far as the concrete goes....he asked us to come and approve the "form" that they laid out and we said it looks great. It's exactly as big as we agreed upon. I went back through text messages, contracts, etc. We tried to explain this to him but he said he "I don't give a F*** what it says" He finally came two weeks ago to pick up the fence railings to weld a gate. He also told us he wasn't finishing anything else for us unless we paid him $10,000 more than our contracts. We held on to the concrete stamps and asked him to bring us the gates back and at that time we would give him the stamps. One hour later, the sheriff showed up saying that Vince told him we were stealing his "stuff". I explained the situation and how our previous/current other contractors have advised us to bring him to court. The sheriffs both agreed that the work they were looking at was less than desirable and it's unfortunate that they couldn't do more to help us. We were SO patient with him and the excuses as to why he couldn't come, why he didn't reply, or show up. So here we are from contracting in August.......to MAY and he quit without getting one job completed. I have attached multiple pictures for reference and can also produce contracts, text messages, etc if he attempts to contradict any of this. So friends.....pass this along so no one else goes through the 10 month battle to simply have a contractor complete the work he was contracted and PAID to do! Reminder, the pool and retaining walls were completed by our first contractors and were completed on October 6th of 2022.....it's almost June of 2023!! PLUS.....they have utilized pictures of our property ALL over their facebook, website, and produced a commercial on local TV with our property, all without our permission. We Hired Vince with FenceMasters to install our chain link fence they were very responsive at first but after the fence was completed and they were paid it all changed. We have been trying to get them to come fix this since they first put it up the posts are all loose and leaning the gate Has to be bungee strapped to keep it shut and on the double gate one side is taller than the other side I paid for black vinyl fencing and they spray-painted most of it with the exception of the fence fabric and the paint is flaking off when the wind blows the fence Sways in the wind I've been trying to get him to come up for well over a year to correct these issues all I do is get lied to he set up and skipped out on Probably 20 times he said he would be up here to fix it and then when I told him I was going to file paperwork in small claims court because he lied again he got rude via text message and said don't contact me anymore I'm turning this over to my lawyer that's fine we have done the same as well I highly recommend people not do business with this company I will post pictures and you can judge for yourself and will see why. read more

We hired Vince to install a wood fence at our new house. At first they were responsive and got it installed when they said they would. They were less expensive but came with a 5 year warranty, so we hired them. Except both gates fly open in the wind, one gate wont open due to the slope, but they left it that way, and sprayed stain all over our house. Many exposed nails where they missed the boards. Sad part is that's not the worst part...at least 14 posts are completely loose and 2 sides of it are leaning bad. They installed the fence in April 2018, I called and sent him video of how bad it was in May 2018, its now Jan 2019! He has no showed us at least 15 times and is now claiming it's a water issue??? Making a huge deal that he's agreed to fix it for FREE, but never has. We have 2 posts remotely close to a drain and they aren't the worst ones. A reputable fence company came out and confirmed they did a poor job. So now I'm fighting just to get this fence fixed. Vince, do what you say you're going to do and honor your commitments. DO NOT hire him under any circumstance. The contract is fraudulent claiming a "warranty" that they won't honor. We have been EXTREMELY patient and given him the benefit of the doubt over and over and over. I can't believe people treat customers this way. Very Dissapointed. read more
